Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาความสามารถในการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศสำหรับการบริหารงานของหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วย ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ความสามารถในการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์และสภาพแวดล้อมภายในองค์การกับความสามารถในการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศสำหรับการบริหารงานของหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วย โรงพยาบาลของรัฐ สังกัดกระทรวงสาธารณสุข เขตกรุงเทพมหานคร และศึกษาตัวแปรที่ร่วมกันพยากรณ์ความสามารถในการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศสำหรับการบริหารงานของ หัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วยโรงพยาบาลของรัฐ สังกัดกระทรวงสาธารณสุข เขตกรุงเทพมหานคร ทำการศึกษาในหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วย โรงพยาบาลของรัฐ สังกัดกระทรวงสาธารณสุข เขตกรุงเทพมหานคร 7 แห่ง ประชากรคือหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วยจำนวน 138 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล แบบสอบถามความสามารถในการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ แบบสอบถามสภาพแวดล้อมภายในองค์การ และแบบสอบถามความสามารถในการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศสำหรับการบริหารงาน ผ่านการตรวจความตรงตามเนื้อหาและค่าความเที่ยงของแบบสอบถาม โดยหาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาค มีค่าเท่ากับ .97, .93 และ .99 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยหาค่าสหสัมพันธ์เพียร์สัน และสมการถดถอยพหุคูณแบบเพิ่มตัวแปรเป็นขั้นตอน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ความสามารถในการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศสำหรับการบริหารงานของหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วย โรงพยาบาลของรัฐ สังกัดกระทรวงสาธารณสุข เขตกรุงเทพมหานคร อยู่ในระดับต่ำ 2. ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลด้านการอบรมเกี่ยวกับคอมพิวเตอร์ ความสามารถในการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ และสภาพแวดล้อมภายในองค์การมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับความสามารถในการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศสำหรับการบริหารงานของหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วย อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 3.ตัวแปรที่สามารถร่วมกันพยากรณ์ความสามารถในการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศสำหรับการบริหารงานของหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วยได้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 คือ สภาพแวดล้อมภายในองค์การด้านผู้ร่วมงานและความสามารถในการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์สามารถร่วมกันพยากรณ์ความสามารถในการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศสำหรับการบริหารงานของหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วย ได้ร้อยละ 23.5 (R2 = .235) โดยมีสมการพยากรณ์ในรูปคะแนนมาตรฐานดังนี้ Z^ความสามารถในการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศสำหรับการบริหารงาน = .393*Zสภาพแวดล้อมภายในองค์การด้านผู้ร่วมงาน+.257*Z ความสามารถในการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The purposes of this research were to study the ability in using information technology for management of head nurses, and to investigate the relationships between head nurses personal factors, ability in using computer, organization environment and ability in using information technology for management of head nurses, governmental hospitals under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Public Health, Bangkok Metropolis, and to determine variables which could predict the ability in using information technology for management of head nurses, governmental hospitals under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Public Health, Bangkok Metropolis. The population consisted of 138 head nurses. Research instruments were personal factors, ability in using computer, organization environment, and ability in using information technology for management questionnaires. The content validity were established. The reliability of the three questionnaires were .97, .93, and .99 respectively. The data were analyzed by using Pearson'sProduct Moment Correlation, and Stepwise Multiple Regression Analysis. The major findings were as follows: 1. The ability in using information technology for management of head nurses in governmental hospitals under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Public Health, Bangkok Metropolis was at the low level. 2. There were positively significant relationships between computer training, ability in using computer, organization environment and ability in using information technology for management of head nurses at the .05 level. 3. Variables which significant predicted the ability in using information technology for management of head nurses were organization environment regarding co-worker and the ability in using computer. The prediction accounted for 23.5 percent of the variance (R2=.235). The standardized score function was as follow: Z^IT=.393*ZPEER+.257*Z COM.
