Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงบรรยาย เพื่อศึกษาภาวะผู้นำที่เป็นแบบอย่างของผู้บริหารการพยาบาล วัฒนธรรมองค์การแบบสร้างสรรค์ของกลุ่มงานการพยาบาล ความเป็นองค์การแห่งสติปัญญาของกลุ่มงานการพยาบาล และศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำที่เป็นแบบอย่างของผู้บริหารการพยาบาล วัฒนธรรมองค์การแบบสร้างสรรค์ของกลุ่มงานการพยาบาล กับความเป็นองค์การแห่งสติปัญญาของกลุ่มงานการพยาบาล ตามการรับรู้ของพยาบาลประจำการ โรงพยาบาลรัฐ เขตกรุงเทพมหานคร กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ พยาบาลประจำการ โรงพยาบาลรัฐ เขตกรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 370 คน ได้จากการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามภาวะผู้นำที่เป็นแบบอย่างของผู้บริหารการพยาบาล แบบสอบถามวัฒนธรรมองค์การแบบสร้างสรรค์ของกลุ่มงานการพยาบาล และแบบสอบถามความเป็นองค์การแห่งสติปัญญาของกลุ่มงานการพยาบาล ซึ่งผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหา และวิเคราะห์ค่าความเที่ยงของแบบสอบถามโดยคำนวณค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาคซึ่งมีค่าเท่ากับ .94, .91 และ .96 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการคำนวณค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ภาวะผู้นำที่เป็นแบบอย่างของผู้บริหารการพยาบาล อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ([Mean]=3.46) วัฒนธรรมองค์การแบบสร้างสรรค์ของกลุ่มงานการพยาบาล อยู่ในระดับสูง ([Mean]=3.67) และความเป็นองค์การแห่งสติปัญญาของกลุ่มงานการพยาบาล อยู่ในระดับสูง ([Mean]=3.56) 2. ภาวะผู้นำที่เป็นแบบอย่างของผู้บริหารการพยาบาล มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับความเป็นองค์การแห่งสติปัญญาของกลุ่มงานการพยาบาล อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 (r=.674) 3. วัฒนธรรมองค์การแบบสร้างสรรค์ของกลุ่มงานการพยาบาล มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับความเป็นองค์การแห่งสติปัญญาของกลุ่มงานการพยาบาล อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 (r=.775)

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

This descriptive study were designed to study exemplary leadership of nurse administrators, constructive organization culture of nursing departments, intelligent organization of nursing department and examine the relationships between exemplary leadership of nurse administrators, constructive organization culture of nursing departments, and intelligent organization of nursing department in governmental hospitals Bangkok Metropolis. The sample cosisted of 370 staff nurses, selected by multi-stage sampling technique. The research instruments were exemplary leadership of nurse administrators, constructive organization culture of nursing departments, and intelligent organization of nursing departments questionnaires which were judged by the panel of experts for their content validity. Cronbach's alpha coefficients were .94, .91 and .96, respectively. The data were analyzed by using Pearson's product moment correlation. Priciple findings were: 1. The exemplary leadership of nurse administrators was at the middle level ([Mean]=3.46). The constructive organization culture of nursing departments was at the high level ([Mean]=3.67). The intelligent organization of nursing departments was at the high level ([Mean]=3.56). 2. Exemplary leadership of nurse administrators was significantly related to intelligent organization of nursing departments in governmental hospitals Bangkok Metropolis (r =.674, p < .05). 3. Constructive organization culture of nursing departments was significantly related to intelligent organization of nursing departments in governmental hospitals Bangkok metropolis (r =.775, p < .05).
