Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีจุดประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับของประสิทธิผลของทีมพยาบาล ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการทำหน้าที่ของทีมพยาบาล ทักษะการบริหารของหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วย กับประสิทธิผลของทีมพยาบาล ตามการรับรู้ของพยาบาลประจำการ และศึกษาตัวแปรที่สามารถร่วมกันพยากรณ์ประสิทธิผลของทีมพยาบาล โรงพยาบาลศูนย์ กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นพยาบาลประจำการ โรงพยาบาลศูนย์ 15 แห่ง จำนวน 374 คน ได้จากการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้คือ แบบสอบถาม ประกอบด้วย 3 ตอน การทำหน้าที่ของทีมพยาบาล ทักษะการบริหารของหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วย และประสิทธิผลของทีมพยาบาล เครื่องมือทุกตอนได้รับการตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหา และวิเคราะห์ค่าความเที่ยงของแบบสอบถาม โดยหาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาค มีค่าเท่ากับ .86, .98 และ .93 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการใช้การแจกจางความถี่ ค่าเฉลี่ยส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหูคูณแบบเพิ่มตัวแปรเป็นขั้นตอน 1. ประสิทธิผลของทีมพยาบาล โรงพยาบาลศูนย์ อยู่ในระดับสูง ( = 3.83) 2. การทำหน้าที่ของทีมพยาบาล มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกในระดับปานกลางกับประสิทธิผลของทีมพยาบาล (r = .56) อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 3. ทักษะการบริหารของหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วย มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกในระดับปานกลางกับประสิทธิผลของทีมพยาบาล (r = .49) อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 4. ตัวแปรที่สามารถร่วมกันพยากรณ์ประสิทธิผลของทีมพยาบาลได้ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 คือ การทำหน้าที่ของทีมพยาบาล และทักษะการบริหารของหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วย สามารถร่วมกันพยากรณ์ประสิทธิผลของทีมพยาบาล ได้ร้อยละ 35 (R2 = .35) ได้สมการพยากรณ์ในรูปคะแนนมาตรฐาน ดังนี้ ประสิทธิผลของทีมพยาบาล = 0.40 * Z การทำหน้าที่ของทีมพยาบาล +0.25*Z ทักษะการบริหารของหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วย
Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)
The purposes of this research were to study nursing team effectiveness of staff nurses, to determine the relationships between work team functioning, head nurses’ managerial skills and nursing team effectiveness of staff nurses in regional hospital and medical centers, and to explore the variables that predict nursing team effectiveness. The research sample consisted of 374 nurses, randomly selected through multi-stage sampling technique. Content validity and reliability of the questionnaire, nursing work team functioning, head nurse’ managerial skills, and nursing team effectiveness were performed. The related of Cronbach Alpha Coefficients were .86, .98 and .93 respectively. The data were analyzed by percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation Coefficients and Multiple Regression Analysis were performed. The major findings were as follows: 1. The nursing team effectiveness of staff nurses in regional hospital and medical centers was at the high level. ( = 3.83) 2. The nursing work team functioning was moderately and positively related to nursing team effectiveness (r = .56) with significantly at the .05 level. 3. The head nurses’ managerial skills was moderately and positively related to nursing team effectiveness (r = .49) with significantly at the .05 level. 4. Variables that significantly predict nursing team effectiveness of staff nurses in regional hospital and medical centers was at the .05 level. There were the 2 predictor variables that able to account for 35 percent (R2 = .35) of the variance. The variables nursing were work team functioning, and head nurses’ managerial skills. The predicted equation in standard score can be stated as follows: Nursing team effectiveness = 0.40 * Z Nursing work team functioning+0.25*Z head nurses’ managerial skills
