Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างกิจกรรมการพัฒนาบุคลากร ความไว้วางใจในหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วย การทำงานในทีมการพยาบาล กับประสิทธิผลของหอผู้ป่วย และศึกษาตัวแปรที่สามารถพยากรณ์ ประสิทธิผลของหอผู้ป่วยโรงพยาบาลสังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือพยาบาลประจำการจำนวน 322 คน ได้จากการลุ่มกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้น เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย แบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับกิจกรรมการ พัฒนาบุคลากร ความไว้วางใจในหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วย การทำงานในทีมการพยาบาล และประสิทธิผลของหอผู้ป่วย ซึ่งผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหาและวิเคราะห์ค่าความเที่ยงของแบบสอบถามโดยหาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาคเท่ากับ .912 .959 .913 และ.867 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยหาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สันและการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคุณแบบขั้นตอน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ค่าเฉลี่ยประสิทธิผลของหอผู้ป่วย โรงพยาบาลสังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร อยู่ในระดับลุง (X =3.666) 2. กิจกรรมการพัฒนาบุคลากร มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับประสิทธิผลของหอผู้ป่วย อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 (r =. 240) 3. ความไว้วางใจในหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วย มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับประสิทธิผลของหอผู้ป่วย อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 (r = .282) 4. การทำงานในทีมการพยาบาล มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับประสิทธิผลของหอผู้ป่วย อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 (r = .695) 5. ตัวแปรที่สามารถพยากรณ์ประสิทธิผลของหอผู้ป่วย อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .001 คือ การทำงานในทีมการพยาบาล โดยสามารถพยากรณ์ความแปรปรวนของประสิทธิผลของหอผู้ป่วยได้ร้อยละ 48.3 (R2 = .483) โดยมีสมการพยากรณ์ในรูปคะแนนมาตรฐานดังนี้ ^Z ประสิทธิผลของหอผู้ป่วย = .695* ทำงานในทีมการพยาบาล

The purposes of this research were to study the relationships between personnel development activities, trust in head nurse, working เท nursing team, and effectiveness of patient units, and to determine the variables which could explain variance in effectiveness of patient units, hospitals under the jurisdiction of Bangkok Metropolitan Administration. The sample consisted of 322 staff nurses, selected by stratified random sampling technique. The research instruments were personnel development activities, trust in head nurse, working in nursing team, and effectiveness of patient units questionnaires which were judged by the panel of experts. Cronbach's alpha coefficients were .912, .959, .913 and .867, respectively The data were analyzed by using Pearson’s product moment correlation and multiple regression analysis. The major finding were as followed 1. The mean score of the effectiveness of patient units was at high level. (X =3.666) 2. There was significant correlation between personnel development activities effectiveness of patient units (r = .240, p<.01) 3. There was significant correlation between trust in head nurse and effectiveness of patient units (r = .282, p< .01) 4. There was significant correlation between working in nursing team and effectiveness of patient units (r= .695, p< .01) 5. Working in nursing team explained 48.3 percents of the variance in effectiveness of patient units (R2= .483, p< .001).
