Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาการดำเนินกิจกรรมการพัฒนาคุณภาพบริการด้านการปฏิบัติกิจกรรมและด้านการมีเอกสารของหน่วยงานพยาบาล ตามวงจรการพัฒนาคุณภาพและมาตรฐานโรงพยาบาล ในโรงพยาบาลที่ผ่านการรับรองคุณภาพ จำนวน 7 แห่ง และเปรียบเทียบการดำเนินกิจกรรมการพัฒนาคุณภาพบริการ ระหว่างโรงพยาบาลรัฐบาลและโรงพยาบาลเอกชน ที่ผ่านการรับรองคุณภาพ กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นหัวหน้าหน่วยงานพยาบาล จำนวน 113 คน สุ่มตัวอย่างโดยวิธีเฉพาะเจาะจง โดยศึกษาหัวหน้าหน่วยงานพยาบาลทุกคน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นสอบถามที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้นจากการทบทวนวรรณกรรม และงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง 1 จำนวน คือแบบสอบถามการดำเนินกิจกรรมการพัฒนาคุณภาพบริการ ค่าความเที่ยวของแบบสอบถาม มีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์คูเดอร์ ริชาร์ดสัน .93 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสถิติทดสอบที ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1.การดำเนินกิจกรรมการพัฒนาคุณภาพบริการด้านการปฏิบัติกิจกรรมและด้านการมีเอกสารของหน่วยงานพยาบาล ในโรงพยาบาบที่ผ่านการรับรองคุณภาพ อยู่ในระดับมาก 2.การดำเนินกิจกรรมการพัฒนาคุณภาพบริการด้านการปฏิบัติกิจกรรมของหน่วยงานพยาบาล ในโรงพยาบาลรัฐบาลและโรงพยาบาลเอกชนที่ผ่านการรับรองคุณภาพ แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 3.การดำเนินกิจกรรมกการพัฒนาคุณภาพบริการด้านการมีเอกสารของหน่วยงานพยาบาล ในโรงพยาบาลรัฐบาลและโรงพยาบาลเอกชนที่ผ่านการรับรองคุณภาพ ไม่แตกต่างกัน

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The purposes of this research were to study the quality development activities in terms of practice and documents of nursing units in seven accreditated hospitals according to PDCA cycle and standard hospitals and to compare the quality development activities between public and private accreditated hospitals. The research subjects consisted of 113 head nurses selected by purposive sampling. The instrument quality development activities of nursing units in accreditated hospitals questionnaires had been developed by the researcher and tested by Kuder - Richardson method which was .93. The data were analyzed by using pertentage, frequency, mean, standard deviation and t-test statistics. The major findings were as follows : 1. The quality development activities in terms of practice and documents of nursing units in ac creditated hospitals were high level. 2. The quality development activities in term of practice of nursing units in governmental hospitals and private hospitals were statistically significant difference at the level of .05. 3. The quality development activities in term of documents of nursing units in governmental hospitals and private hospitals were not different.
