Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการศึกษาวิจัยเชิงพรรณนา ณ จุดเวลาใดเวลาหนึ่ง โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับและปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับความเครียดและพฤติกรรมการจัดการความเครียดของผู้ประกันตนกรณีว่างงานของสำนักงานประกันสังคม ในจังหวัดกรุงเทพมหานคร ศึกษาจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 225 คน โดยใช้แบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล แบบประเมินและวิเคราะห์ความเครียดด้วยตนเอง และ แบบสอบถามพฤติกรรมการจัดการความเครียด วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยโปรแกรม SPSS for Windows ใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนาได้แก่ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ใช้สถิติเชิงอนุมาน ได้แก่ t-test,One-way ANOVA, Pearson product moment correlation coefficient และทำนายปัจจัยโดยใช้การวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุแบบขั้นตอน(Stepwise multiple regression analysis) ผลการวิจัยพบว่าผู้ประกันตนกรณีว่างงานส่วนใหญ่มีระดับความเครียดอยู่ในเกณฑ์ปกติจำนวน 128 คน (ร้อยละ 56.9) รองลงมาคือระดับความเครียดต่ำกว่าเกณฑ์ปกติอย่างมากจำนวน 52 คน (ร้อยละ23.1) และระดับความเครียดสูงกว่าปกติเล็กน้อยจำนวน 34 คน(ร้อยละ 15.1), ระดับความเครียดสูงกว่าปกติปานกลางจำนวน 4 คน(ร้อยละ 1.8), ระดับความเครียดสูงกว่าปกติมากจำนวน 7 คน(ร้อยละ 3.1) ตามลำดับ ส่วนปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับความเครียดได้แก่ เพศ โดยเพศหญิงมีค่าเฉลี่ยความเครียดสูงกว่าเพศชายอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ในส่วนของพฤติกรรมการจัดการความเครียดพบว่าผู้ประกันตนกรณีว่างงานส่วนใหญ่มีพฤติกรรมการจัดการความเครียดระดับปานกลางร้อยละ85.8 รองลงมามีพฤติกรรมการจัดการความเครียดระดับสูงร้อยละ 10.2 ส่วนปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับพฤติกรรมการจัดการความเครียดอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ได้แก่ เพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา รายได้ก่อนว่างงาน และการใช้บุหรี่ ส่วนปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องและเป็นปัจจัยทำนายพฤติกรรมการจัดการความเครียดได้แก่ รายได้ก่อนว่างงาน อายุ และเพศ โดยสามารถร่วมกันทำนายได้ร้อยละ 13.6

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The purpose of this cross-sectional descriptive study is to study the levels of stress and factors related to stress and stress management behaviors of insured person in case of unemployment at Social Security Office in Bangkok. Sample of 225 people were assessed using the personal information questionnaire, questionnaire for stress self- assessment and analysis, and stress management behaviors questionnaire. Data analysis with SPSS for Windows included descriptive statistics (e.g., percentage, mean and standard deviation), inferential statistics ; t-test, One-Way ANOVA and Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient, and Stepwise multiple regression analysis. The result of this study showed that most of the insured person in case of unemployment (56.9%) had the normal stress levels and found that stress level was so much lower than normal level in 52 people (23.1%), and stress level was slightly higher than normal level in 34 people(15.1%), and stress level was averagely higher than normal level in 4 people(1.8%), and stress level was so much higher than normal level in 7 people(3.1%). Factors significantly related to stress was gender, which females had a higher level of stress than males. The stress management behaviors 85.8% of the insured persons had the intermediate levels, and 10.2% of those had the high levels of stress management behaviors. The factors related to stress management behaviors were found to be gender, age, educational levels, total income before becoming unemployed and cigarette smoking. Predicator factors of stress management behavior were total income before becoming unemployed, age and gender (r2=0.136).
