Abstract

วัตถุประสงค์ : เพื่อศึกษาความชุกของภาวะซึมเศร้าและพฤติกรรมไม่พึงประสงค์,ปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง กับภาวะซึมเศร้าและพฤติกรรมไม่พึงประสงค์และศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะซึมเศร้ากับพฤติกรรม ไม่พึงประสงค์ ในวัยรุ่นอายุระหว่าง 10-15 ปี ที่มารับบริการที่สถานสงเคราะห์เด็กหญิงบ้านราชวิถีวิธีการศึกษา : การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนา ณ จุดเวลาใดเวลาหนึ่ง (Cross-sectional Descriptive Study) เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากผู้รับบริการที่มีอายุระหว่าง 10-15 ปี ที่มารับบริการที่สถานสงเคราะห์เด็กหญิง บ้านราชวิถี จำนวน 119 คน โดยเก็บกลุ่มตัวอย่างจากจำนวนผู้รับบริการทั้งหมด เครื่องมือ ในการคัดกรองมีทั้งหมด 3 ชุด ได้แก่ 1) แบบสอบถามข้อมูลพื้นฐาน 2) แบบประเมินภาวะซึมเศร้า ด้วยตนเอง Children’s Depression Inventories 3) แบบประเมินพฤติกรรมเด็ก The Strength and Difficulties Questionnaire ฉบับผู้ปกครอง สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลประกอบด้วย ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน โดยใช้ Chi-Square ในการวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับ ภาวะซึมเศร้าและพฤติกรรมไม่พึงประสงค์ และวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะซึมเศร้าและ พฤติกรรมไม่พึงประสงค์ผลการศึกษา : พบอัตราความชุกของภาวะซึมเศร้าในวัยรุ่นอายุระหว่าง 10-15 ปี ร้อยละ 52.9 | อัตราความชุกของพฤติกรรมไม่พึงประสงค์ ร้อยละ 12.6 และพบความชุกของการเกิดทั้งภาวะซึมเศร้า และพฤติกรรมไม่พึงประสงค์ ร้อยละ 10.1 โดยระดับการศึกษาของผู้รับบริการมีความสัมพันธ์กับ คะแนนรวมด้านพฤติกรรมที่เป็นปัญหา, พฤติกรรมด้านอารมณ์ และพฤติกรรมด้านความสัมพันธ์กับเพื่อน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ p < 0.01 นอกจากนี้ยังพบว่าภาวะซึมเศร้ามีความสัมพันธ์กับ พฤติกรรมไม่พึงประสงค์ในระดับที่น้อย (p > 0.05)สรุป : ความชุกของภาวะซึมเศร้าและพฤติกรรมไม่พึงประสงค์จากการศึกษาในครั้งนี้สูงกว่า การศึกษาอื่นๆในวัยรุ่นทั่วไป การทราบปัจจัยเสี่ยงจะช่วยให้บุคคลหรือหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง สามารถ วางแผน ช่วยเหลือ แก้ไข และป้องกันได้อย่างเหมาะสมต่อไป

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

Objective : To study the prevalence of depression and conduct behaviors associated factors relations between depression and conduct behaviors among adolescents (10-15 yearsold) at Rajvithi Home for Girls.Method : Data were collected from 119 adolescents (10-15 years old) from all girls at Rajvithi Home for Girls. There are 3 sets of instruments, namely:1) General background, 2) Children's Depression Inventories; 3) The Strength and Difficulties Questionnaire for parent. Statistical analyses consisted of percentage, mean, standard deviation. Chi-Square was used to examine the associated factors with depression and conduct behaviors and relations between depression and conduct behaviors.Result : The overall prevalence of depression, conduct behavior and comorbidity (depression and conduct behavior) in adolescents (10-15 years old) at Rajvithi Home for Girls were 52.9%, 12.6% and 10.1%, respectively. Their education was significantly related to their total difficulties score, emotional symptoms scale and peer problems scale ( p < 0.01). Furthermore, depression related to conduct behavior at low level ( p > 0.05).Conclusion : In this study, the prevalence of depression and conduct behaviors were higher than other studies. The finding of the risk factor will help related persons or organization for providing an appropriate assistance.
