Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพรรณนา มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษารูปแบบบริการสุขภาพของเด็กออทิสติกที่มารับบริการ ณ โรงพยาบาลยุวประสาทไวทโยปถัมภ์ และปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องในการใช้บริการสุขภาพของเด็กออทิสติกโดยศึกษาจากผู้ปกครองของเด็กออทิสติก จำนวน 304 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการรวบรวมข้อมูลคือแบบสอบถามข้อมูลทั่วไป แบบสอบถามบริการสุขภาพ และปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องในการใช้บริการสุขภาพของเด็กออทิสติก วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนาโดยการแจกแจงความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐา ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ผู้ปกครองร้อยละ 80.3 เป็นเพศหญิง ร้อยละ 48.4 มีอายุระหว่าง 30 - 39 ปี ร้อยละ 70.4 เป็นมารดา ร้อยละ 35.2 มีอาชีพแม่บ้าน เด็กออทิสติกร้อยละ 80.3 เป็นเพศชาย ร้อยละ 55.3 อายุระหว่าง 2 - 5 ปี ร้อยละ 88.8 ได้รับการวินิจฉัยเมื่ออายุ 1 - 3 ปี ร้อยละ 60.5 เด็กได้รับการรักษาด้วยยา ร้อยละ 31.6 ใช้ยา Risperidone ในการรักษา ร้อยละ 6.9 คือยา Ritalin บริการสุขภาพของโรงพยาบาลยุวประสาทไวทโยปถัมภ์และจากสถานบริการอื่นๆ ที่เด็กเข้ารับบริการร่วมกับการรักษาด้วยยามากที่สุด 5 อันดับแรก คือการกระตุ้นและส่งเสริมพัฒนาการ(ร้อยละ 47.7) การฝึกและแก้ไขการพูด(ร้อยละ 44.7) กิจกรรมบำบัด(ร้อยละ 43.4) พฤติกรรมบำบัด (ร้อยละ 33.9) และการฝึกทักษะทางสังคม (ร้อยละ 30.6) ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการมาใช้บริการคือความคาดหวังที่จะให้เด็กมีอาการดีขึ้น ลักษณะอาการของเด็กออทิสติก อัธยาศัยความใส่ใจของเจ้าหน้าที่และคุณภาพของบริการ ในการพัฒนางานบริการสำหรับเด็กออทิสติก ควรเน้นการให้ความสำคัญของการบำบัดชนิดต่างๆ โดยเฉพาะการกระตุ้นและส่งเสริมพัฒนาการ การฝึกและแก้ไขการพูด กิจกรรมบำบัด พฤติกรรมบำบัด และการฝึกทักษะทางสังคม โดยคำนึงถึงอาการของเด็ก ความคาดหวังของผู้ปกครอง และคุณภาพของงานบริการสุขภาพ

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

This descriptive study design aims to study about use of health care services of children with autism at Yuwaprasart Waithayopathum Child Psychiatric Hospital and related factors. The samples were 304 parents. Research instruments were self reported questionnaires to collect Demographic Data, health services questionnaire and related factors in use of health care services. Data was analyzed by descriptive statistic for the percentage, mean, standard deviation. The results showed 80.3% of parents were female 48.4% age between 30-39 years old 70.4% are mother 35.2% were housewives 80.3% most of children with autism were male 55.3% age between 2-5 years old 88.8% were diagnosed at age 1-3 years old 60.5% have been treated with drugs 31.6% of drug treatment was Risperidone 6.9% was Ritalin. Health care services combine with medicine in the top five ranking at Yuwaprasart Waithayopathum Child Psychiatric Hospital and other hospitals include Early intervention (47.7%) Speech therapy (44.7%) Occupational therapy (43.4%) Behavior modification (33.9%) and Social skill training (30.6%) Factors associated with the use of services were parental expectation of the services to improve the children’s symptoms, the symptoms of autism and courtesy of staff and quality of service. In developing services for autistic children should emphasize different kind of therapies such as Early Intervention, Speech therapy and Occupational therapy as well as children’s symptoms, parental expectation and quality of services.
