Abstract

การศึกษานี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพรรณนา ณ จุดเวลาใดเวลาหนึ่ง (Cross-sectional Descriptive Study) มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาเจตคติ การปฏิบัติหน้าที่ดูแลเด็ก และปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อเจตคติและการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ในการดูแลเด็กของผู้ดูแลเด็กในสถานรับเลี้ยงเด็กเอกชนของ จังหวัดลำพูน จำนวน 121 คน โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับแบบสอบถามส่วนบุคคล เกี่ยวกับลักษณะทั่วไปของผู้ดูแลเด็ก แบบสอบถามเจตคติต่อเด็ก แบบสอบถามเจตคติต่อการทำงานดูแลเด็ก แบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ผู้ดูแลเด็กวัยทารกและวัยเตาะแตะ แบบสัมภาษณ์การดำเนินงานของผู้ดูแลเด็กเกี่ยวกับการอบรมเลี้ยงดูเด็กทารกและเด็กวัยเตาะแตะ และแบบประเมินการปฏิบัติของผู้ดูแลเด็กเกี่ยวกับการอบรมเลี้ยงดูเด็กทารกและเด็กวัยเตาะแตะ นำเสนอโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ร้อยละ ความถี่ และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน วิเคราะห์สถิติเชิงอนุมาน โดยใช้ Independent Sample t-test สถิติ Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient โดยกำหนดนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ผลการวิจัยพบว่าผู้ดูแลเด็กในสถานรับเลี้ยงเด็กเอกชนของจังหวัดลำพูน มีเจตคติทางบวกตามการรับรู้ของผู้ดูแลเด็ก ทั้งในด้านของเจตคติต่อเด็กและเจตคติต่อการทำงานดูแลเด็ก และผู้ดูแลเด็กมีผลการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ในการดูแลเด็กอยู่ในระดับที่ดี ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อเจตคติ ได้แก่ อายุของผู้ดูแลเด็กสถานภาพสมรสของผู้ดูแลเด็ก รายได้ต่อเดือนของผู้ดูแลเด็ก และจำนวนชั่วโมงในการทำงานต่อหนึ่งวัน ส่วนปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ในการดูแลเด็ก ได้แก่ ระดับการศึกษาของผู้ดูแลเด็ก ช่วงอายุของเด็กที่ผู้ดูแลรับผิดชอบ สวัสดิการที่ผู้ดูแลเด็กได้รับ และรายได้ต่อเดือนของผู้ดูแลเด็ก ผลการศึกษานี้แสดงให้เห็นว่า เจตคติ และการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ในการดูแลเด็กมีความสำคัญต่อการดูแลเด็ก ดังนั้นผลการวิจัยครั้งนี้ อาจช่วยให้หน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องนำความรู้ที่ได้ไปเป็นแนวทางในการวางแผนพัฒนาต่อไป

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The purposes of this cross-sectional descriptive study were to examine the attitude, childcare functions and associated factors among attitudes and Performance in the care of children who work in Child care center of Lamphun province. Data were Collected from 121 caregivers who work in Child care center of Lamphun province by using 8 questionnaires consisted of demographic data questionnaire | query attitude toward children questionnaire, query attitude toward childcare work questionnaire | query regarding The duty of care in infancy and toddle children | interview performance of caregivers of children about parenting infants and toddle children, and an assessment of child care practices relating to child rearing infants and toddle children. Data was analyzed by descriptive statistical methods including mean, percentage, frequency and S.D, and inferential statistical methods including t-test, Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient which applied with statistical significant level at 0.05. The results of this study suggest that caregivers had a positive attitude both toward children and toward child care functions. The Performance in the care of children had good level while partial function had deficiency. Age of caregivers ,Caregivers' marital status, Caregivers' income, and duration of working (per day) were significantly associated with the attitude towards child and towards child care functions (p <0.05).Level of education, age range of children, and welfare were significantly associated with Performance in the care of children (p <0.05). These findings may help related organizations to improve and enhance performance in the care of children.
