Abstract

ศึกษาคุณภาพชีวิตและปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องของผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยโรคหลอดเลือดสมอง โรงพยาบาลจุฬาลงกรณ์ เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพรรณนา ณ จุดเวลาใดเวลาหนึ่ง โดยกลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยโรคหลอดเลือดสมองที่พาผู้ป่วยมารับบริการตรวจรักษา แผนกผู้ป่วยนอก คลินิกอายุรกรรมประสาท โรงพยาบาลจุฬาลงกรณ์ จำนวน 260 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลแบ่งออกเป็น 4 ส่วนคือ 1) แบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล 2) แบบประเมินระดับการปฏิบัติกิจวัตรประจำวันของผู้ป่วย (Barthel ADL Index) 3) แบบวัดคุณภาพชีวิตขององค์การอนามัยโลกชุดย่อ ฉบับภาษาไทย World Health Organization Quality Of Life - BREF (WHOQOL - BREF - THAI) มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น gamma = 0.84 และ 4) แบบสอบถามการสนับสนุนทางสังคม มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น gamma = 0.88 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์คือ Chi-square, t-test, One-way ANOVA, Stepwise multiple linear regression analysis ผลการศึกษา พบว่า 1) กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นเพศหญิง 76.9% และเพศชาย 23.1% มีอายุเฉลี่ย 46.7 ปี ส่วนใหญ่จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่า 31.2% และมีสถานภาพสมรสคู่ 50.4% 2) กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่มีคุณภาพชีวิตโดยรวมอยู่ระดับกลาง คิดเป็น 70.8% และสำหรับคุณภาพชีวิตรายด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านสุขภาพกาย ด้านจิตใจ ด้านสัมพันธภาพทางสังคมและด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม อยู่ในระดับกลางทุกด้านคิดเป็น 53.5%, 50.8%, 65.0% และ 86.9% ตามลำดับ 3) ปัจจัยที่มีความเกี่ยวข้องกับคุณภาพชีวิตอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ที่ระดับ p < 0.01 ได้แก่ อายุ สถานภาพสมรส รายได้ ความเพียงพอของรายได้ โรคประจำตัวทางกาย และการสนับสนุนทางสังคมและที่ระดับ p < 0.05 ได้แก่ จำนวนชั่วโมงในการดูแลผู้ป่วยต่อวัน และ 4) ปัจจัยที่สามารถทำนายคุณภาพชีวิต ได้แก่ คะแนนการสนับสนุนทางสังคม โรคประจำตัวทางกายและรายได้ โดยร่วมกันอธิบายคุณภาพชีวิตได้ 44.7%

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

To study quality of life and associated factors among caregivers in patients with stroke at King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital. This study was cross-sectional and descriptive study. The samples were 260 caregivers of patients with stroke at Neurology Clinic, Medical Outpatient Department of King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital. All subjects completed 4 questionnaires; 1) demographic forms 2) Barthel Activities of Daily Living Index (Barthel ADL Index) 3) World Health Organization Quality Of Life - BREF (WHOQOL-BREF-THAI), gamma = 0.84 and 4) social support questionnaire, gamma = 0.88. The data analysis was performed by using SPSS software version 11.5. Statistics utilized consists of mean, percentage, standard deviation, Chi-square, t-test, One-Way ANOVA and Stepwise Multiple Linear Regression Analysis significant at .05 level. Major findings were as follows 1) Most of subjects were female 76.9% and males 23.1 %. The average age was 46.70 years. Most of subjects had finished Bachelor’s degree and above (31.2%) and were married status (50.4%). 2) The majority of subjects had the moderate level of quality of life (70.8%). Their quality of life in physical, psychological, social relationships and environment aspect were also at moderated level 53.5%, 50.8%, 65% and 86.9% respectively 3) The associated factors of quality of life were age, marital status, income, financial status, physical illness, social support (p < 0.01) and hour of care (p < 0.05) and 4) The predictor of quality of life include social support, physical illness and income with predictive value of 44.7% (p < 0.05).
