Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้ เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพรรณนา โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับความเครียดและความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความเครียดกับปัจจัยต่างๆที่เกี่ยวข้องกับความเครียดของพนักงานโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมระดับปฏิบัติการสายการผลิต เขตนิคมอุตสาหกรรม 304 IP 2 จังหวัดฉะเชิงเทรา จำนวน 268 คน เป็นชาย 179 คน เป็นหญิง 89 คน ผู้วิจัยได้ทำการเก็บข้อมูลการวิจัยในช่วงเดือนมกราคม-กุมภาพันธ์ 2550 เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ประกอบด้วยแบบสอบถามข้อมูลพื้นฐานส่วนบุคคล ข้อมูลด้านการทำงาน และแบบสอบถามความเครียดสวนปรุง (Suanprung Stress Test : SPST 60) ของสุวัฒน์ มหัตนิรันดร์กุลและคณะ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน | t - test และ F-test แบบ One - way ANOVA ผลการวิจัยพบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีความไวต่อความเครียดในระดับรุนแรง (25.4 %)และในระดับสูง(45.9%) ในด้านที่มาของความเครียด พบว่ากลุ่มตัวอย่างมีระดับความเครียดอยู่ในระดับรุนแรง(7.8%)และระดับสูง(31.3%) ในด้านอาการของความเครียดพบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีความเครียดในระดับรุนแรง (11.3%) และในระดับสูง (41.2%) ปัจจัยที่สัมพันธ์กับความเครียด (ρ < 0.05) ในปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ได้แก่ การมีโรคประจำตัวเรื้อรัง ระดับการศึกษา พบว่าการศึกษาระดับประถมศึกษาหรือต่ำกว่า มีความเครียดมากกว่าระดับการศึกษาอื่นๆ และเพศ พบว่าเพศหญิงมีความเครียดมากกว่าเพศชายในปัจจัยด้านการทำงาน ได้แก่ การได้รับสวัสดิการจากสถานประกอบการ และการเคยมีเรื่องที่ทำงานเก็บมาคิดจนกลุ้มใจ ซึ่งผลจากการศึกษานี้ สามารถเป็นแนวทางดำเนินการส่งเสริมป้องกันปัญหาสุขภาพจิตพนักงานโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมต่อไป

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The Purpose of this descriptive study was to evaluate the level of stress and factors correlated with stress among the line operators of the factories in 304 Industrial Park 2. The population samples were 268 workers, 179 males, and 89 females. The Study conducted during January to February 2007, Questionnaires included personal, work information and Suanprung Stress Test : SPST 60. The data were analyzes for descriptive statistics, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test and One - way ANOVA. The results were revealed that the susceptibility to stress among the samples were the severe level (25.4%) and the high level (45.9%). The sources of stress among the samples were the severe level (7.8%) and the high level (31.3%). The symptom of stress among the samples were the severe level (11.3%) and the high level (41.2%). Factors influencing stress (ρ<0.05) were chronic disease, low education, being female sex. Work associated factors included fringe benefit and work related worries. The result of the study can be used for implementation in developing prevention and promotion intervention for improving mental health among employees in the industrial factories.
