Abstract

การวิจัยเชิงสำรวจภาคตัดขวางนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาอัตราความชุกของปัญหาพฤติกรรมและปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องในระหว่างนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 2 ของโรงเรียนในจังหวัดสมุทรสงคราม ปีการศึกษา 2544 ดำเนินการเก็บข้อมูลสำหรับนักเรียน 420 คน โดยใช้แบบสอบถามชนิดตอบเอง จำนวน 5 ชุด คือ แบบสอบถามตอบโดยนักเรียน จำนวน 3 ชุด (แบบสอบถามข้อมูลพื้นฐาน แบบประเมินความฉลาดทางอารมณ์และแบบประเมินตนเองหรือSDQ) และแบบสอบถาม จำนวน 2 ชุด ที่เหมือนกันแต่ตอบโดยครูและผู้ปกครอง (แบบประเมินตนเอง (SDQ) สำหรับครูและผู้ปกครองเป็นผู้ประเมิน) พบว่าอัตราความชุกโดยรวมของนักเรียนที่มีปัญหาพฤติกรรม คือ ร้อยละ 46.4 จำแนกเป็นปัญหาด้านอารมณ์ ร้อยละ 17.3 ด้านความประพฤติ ร้อยละ 19.2 ด้านพฤติกรรมอยู่ไม่นิ่ง/สมาธิสั้น ร้อยละ 20.6 และด้านความสัมพันธ์กับเพื่อน ร้อยละ 17.0 เป็นนักเรียนที่มีปัญหาพฤติกรรมมากกว่าหนึ่งด้าน ร้อยละ 22.2 ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับปัญหาพฤติกรรมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p < .05) ได้แก่ เพศ ความสัมพันธ์กับพี่น้อง ระดับความฉลาดทางอารมณ์ อาชีพของบิดามารดา ประเภทของโรงเรียนและการปฏิบัติของครูต่อนักเรียน ทั้งนี้จึงมีความจำเป็นอย่างยิ่งที่ผู้บริหาร ครู-อาจารย์และผู้ปกครองจะต้องให้ความสำคัญในการค้นหาและร่วมมือกันในการให้การช่วยเหลือต่อไป

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The purpose of this cross-sectional survey were to study the prevalence rate of behavioral problems and their related factors among Mathayom II students in Samutsongkhram Province during 2544 BE academic year. Data were collected for 420 students by means of 5 sets of self-administered questionnaires : Personal Data, Emotional Questionnaire and the Strength Difficulties Questionnaire (SDQ) answered by the student and ; the two sets of another Strength Difficulties Questionnaire (SDQ), each answered by the teacher and the student's parent. The results showed that the prevalence rates of behavioral problems among these students were 17.3 percent for emotional problems, 19.2 percent for conduct disorder, 20.6 percent for attention deficit hyperactivity disorder and 17.0 percent for peer relationship problem (46.4 percent overall). Approximately 22.2 percent of the students had more than one problem. Factors significantly related to these problems included sex, relationship with siblings, emotional quotient, parent's career, type of school and the way of student treatment by the teacher. It is thus necessity for the school administrators, teachers and parents to act cooperatively in identifying and helping students with behavioral problems.
