Abstract

ศึกษาสภาพการปนเปื้อนของคาร์บาริลและคลอร์ไพริฟอสในดิน ภายในสนามกอล์ฟ แหลมฉบัง อินเตอร์เนชันแนล คันทรีคลับ โดยทำการเก็บตัวอย่างดินทั้งหมด 4 สถานี สถานีละ 4 จุดเก็บ จุดเก็บละ 3 ระดับความลึก (0-5, 5-10 และ 10-20 เซนติเมตร) จำนวน 4 ครั้ง ใน 2 ฤดู คือ ฤดูฝน (กันยายน-ตุลาคม 2535) และฤดูหนาว (ธันวาคม 2535-มกราคม 2536) ตัวอย่างที่ได้นำมาวิเคราะห์ด้วยวิธีแกสโครมาโตกราฟี พร้อมกับวิเคราะห์พารามิเตอร์อื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง ด้วยวิธีการวิเคราะห์ตามคู่มือการวิเคราะห์ดินของ ASA-SSSA, 1982 ผลการวิเคราะห์พบว่า ปริมาณคลอร์ไพริฟอสในดินของทุกระดับความลึก มีค่าน้อยกว่า 0.001 มิลลิกรัมต่อกิโลกรัม ทุกสถานี ในช่วงเดือนตุลาคม, ธันวาคม 2535 และมกราคม 2536 รวมทั้งบริเวณหลุมทรายติดกับกรีน 3B ส่วนปริมาณคลอร์ไพริฟอสในดินของทุกระดับความลึก ในเดือนกันยายน 2535 เกือบทุกสถานีสามารถตรวจพบได้ในระดับ nd-0.053, nd-0.021 และ nd-0.014 มิลลิกรัมต่อกิโลกรัม ตามระดับความลึกของตัวอย่างดินที่เก็บ สำหรับปริมาณคาร์บาริลนั้นตรวจพบในระดับที่ต่ำกว่าความสามารถที่เครื่องมือสามารถตรวจวัดได้ (nd) กล่าวคือ ต่ำกว่า 0.001 มิลลิกรัมต่อกิโลกรัม ฉะนั้นอาจกล่าวได้ว่า ระดับการปนเปื้อนต่ำสุดของสารเคมีทั้ง 2 ชนิด ภายในสนามกอล์ฟใหม่ที่ศึกษา มีค่าต่ำกว่า 0.001 มิลลิกรัมต่อกิโลกรัม โดยเฉพาะคาร์บาริลมีปริมาณอยู่ในระดับที่ต่ำกว่าระดับที่ยอมให้มีได้ในดิน (0.05 มิลลิกรัมต่อกิโลกรัม) ซึ่งกำหนดโดยสหภาพโซเวียต (1973)

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

Existing studies on carbaryl and chlorpyrifos contaminations within a golf course, Leam Chabang International Country Club, were analyzed by means of gas chromatography. Soil samples from 4 selected stations (with 4 bores each) at 3 soil depth levels (0-5, 5-10 and 10-20 cms.) were collected 4 times during rainy season (September-October, 1992) and cold season (December, 1992-January, 1993). Some other related parameters for soil analysis were also conducted followed the ASA-SSSA, 1982. Chlorpyrifos contents of the soil samples, less than 0.001 mg/kg, were recorded at all stations during the monthly sampling period (October, December, 1992 and January, 1993) including the sand bunker station adjacent to the 3B Green site. The average chlorpyrifos residues in soils of all 3 depths in almost sampling stations recorded for the September, 1992 varied from nd-0.053, nd-0.021 and nd-0.014 mg/kg in the given depth order. In addition, it was found that the carbaryl content in the soil samples collected from the sampling stations during the whole studied period was also non-detectable (less than 0.001 mg/kg). Therefore, it should be reported that the two used chemicals residues in the golf course were less than 0.001 mg/kg especially the carbaryl content was lower than the permissible level, 0.05 mg/kg as proposed by the USSR (1973)
