Abstract

สารสนเทศเป็นทรัพยากรที่สำคัญขององค์กร เพื่อนำไปใช้ในการช่วยการตัดสินใจการวางแผนการดำเนินงาน การเพิ่มกำลังการผลิต และลดค่าใช้จ่าย การได้มาซึ่งสารสนเทศที่ถูกต้องและทันเหตุการณ์ เป็นปัจจัยสำคัญยิ่ง กิจการข่ายร้านอาหารเป็นอีกองค์กรหนึ่งที่น่าสนใจในการพัฒนาสารสนเทศเพื่อการบริหารโดยเฉพาะที่มีสาขากระจายตามจุดต่าง ๆ และจำเป็นต้องมีการรวบรวมข้อมูลจากหลายแหล่ง ระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการบริหารสำหรับกิจการข่ายร้านอาหารที่จำเป็น ประกอบด้วย ข้อมูลด้านสินค้าคงคลัง การขาย และการสั่งซื้อ ระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการบริหารที่ได้ทำการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ผู้วิจัยได้ทำการวิเคราะห์ระบบ ออกแบบระบบ ออกแบบฐานข้อมูล และทำการพัฒนาโปรแกรมโดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปในการจัดการฐานข้อมูล รวมทั้งทำการทดสอบโปรแกรมระบบที่ได้พัฒนาเป็นที่น่าพอใจ ระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการบริหารนี้ แบ่งออกเป็น 5 ระบบคือ ระบบข้อมูลการขาย ระบบการสั่งซื้อระบบบริหารสูตรอาหาร ระบบสินค้าคงคลัง และระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการบริหารโดยทั้ง 5 ระบบดังกล่าวมีการเชื่อมโยงข้อมูลระหว่างกันโดยใช้ฐานข้อมูลร่วมกันแบบรีเลชั่น ผลการวิจัยพบว่า สารสนเทศเพื่อการบริหารสำหรับกิจการข่ายร้านอาหาร จะช่วยให้ระบบงานต่าง ๆในกิจการข่ายร้านอาหารคล่องตัวและรวดเร็วขึ้น สารสนเทศที่ได้เป็นข้อมูลสำคัญที่ช่วยในการตัดสินใจ วางแผนการดำเนินงานต่าง ๆ ระบบสารสนเทศที่พัฒนานี้ทำให้ใช้งานได้สะดวกและง่ายเนื่องจากผ่านระบบเมนูและสามารถใช้งานระบบนี้ทั้งที่สาขาและสำนักงานใหญ่

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

Information system had been increasingly important to the organization. It can be used in decision making process, planning, increasing production and reducing expenditures. Accuracy and correct information is necessary. A restaurant chain is one of the most interesting organization to develop management information system because branches are spreading around city. Management information system for a restaurant chain is\ consisted of inventory system, sale information and ordering system. The management information system on this research, the author has done the following: system analyst, system design, database design, develop program by database management program and satisfactionally tested. Management information system for restaurant chain is divided into five system as following: sale information system, ordering system, bill of material, inventory control system and management information system. Each system is integrated by using relational database. As a result the management information system for restaurant chain will help to manage outlet easier and faster, because all the system are integrated by window menu system which can be used for both branches and headquarter.
