Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดประสงค์เพื่อสร้างและพัฒนาแบบวัดการปฏิบัติทางการพยาบาลสูติศาสตร์ภาคปกติสำหรับนักศึกษาพยายาล ที่มีคุณภาพเชื่อถือได้ ตามหลักสูตรประกาศนียบัตรพยาบาลศาสตร์ ปีพุทธศักราช 2528 และประสบการณ์ทางการพยาบาลสูติศาสตร์ภาคปกติ สร้างคู่มือการใช้แบบวัดและประเมินแบบวัดและคู่มือจากผู้ประเมินแบบวัด แบบวัดชุดนี้ครอบคลุมการพยาบาลสูติศาสตร์ 3 ด้าน ได้แก่ การพยาบาลมารดาในระยะตั้งครรภ์ ระยะคลอด และระยะหลังคลอด การพยาบาลแต่ละด้านประกอบด้วยแบบวัดย่อย 2 แบบวัด รวมทั้งหมดเป็น 6 แบบวัด เป็นแบบสังเกตใช้มาตรประมาณค่า 4 ระดับและ 3 ระดับ กลุ่มตัวอย่างผู้ถูกประเมินเป็นนักศึกษาพยาบาลชั้นปีที่ 2 วิทยาลัยพยาบาลราชบุรี ที่ฝึกปฏิบัติงาน ณ โรงพยาบาลโพธาราม จำนวน 30 คน และกลุ่มตัวอย่างผู้ประเมินในขั้นทดลองใช้เป็นอาจารย์นิเทศจากวิทยาลัยพยาบาลราชบุรี 9 คน ขั้นประเมินแบบวัดเป็นอาจารย์นิเทศจากวิทยาลัยพยาบาลในสังกัดกองงานวิทยาลัยพยาบาลจำนวน 31 คน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. แบบวัดการปฏิบัติทางการพยาบาลสูติศาสตร์ ภาคปกติ ทุกแบบวัดมีความตรงตามเนื้อหา โดยพิจารณาจากการตัดสินของผู้เชี่ยวชาญ 2. แบบวัดการปฏิบัติทางการพยาบาลสูติศาสตร์ ภาคปกติ มีความตรงตามสภาพ โดยพิจารณาจากค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน ระหว่างคะแนนจากแบบวัดกับคะแนนรวมการฝึกภาคปฏิบัติได้ค่าระหว่าง 0.60 – 0.75 3. แบบวัดการปฏิบัติทางการพยาบาลสูติศาสตร์ ภาคปกติ มีความเที่ยงระหว่างผู้ประเมินโดยพิจารณาจากค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สันระหว่างคะแนนของผู้ประเมิน 2 คนได้ค่าระหว่าง 0.74 – 0.95 4. จากการประเมินแบบวัดการปฏิบัติทางการพยาบาลสูติศาสตร์และคู่มือจากผู้ประเมินจำนวน 31 คน พบว่าความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับเรื่องแบบวัดและคู่มือมีความสะดวกในการนำไปใช้ในระดับปานกลาง มีเกณฑ์การให้คะแนนชัดเจน ครอบคลุม และมีประโยชน์ต่อการวัดและประเมินผลทางการพยาบาลสูติศาสตร์ในระดับมาก

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The objectives of this research were to construct and develop a reliable performance test in the normal obstetric nursing based on the 1985 curriculum and the normal obstetric practical works, to construct the manual of performance test, and to evaluate the uses of test and manual. The performance test consisted of six subtests which covered three parts of the normal obstrtric nursing ; ante natal care, labour care, and puperium care ; each part had two subtests. They were four-point and three-point rating scale instruments and were used by means of observation. The samples consisted of 30 sophomore student nurses from Ratchaburi nursing college who practiced at Photharam hospital and nine instructors nurses who had tried out the tests and 31 instructors nurses who evaluated the tests and manual. The results of research were as follows: 1. The test was considered to be content valid according to the expert judgment. 2. The correlation coefficients of concurrent validity ranged form 0.60 to 0.75. 3. The correlation coefficients of inter-rater reliability ranged form 0.74 to 0.95. 4. The evaluation showed that the tests and manual were moderately practical and highly clear scoring criterion, highly coverage and useful for measurement and evaluation of normal obstetric nursing.
