Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบความต้องการจำเป็นและปัญหาด้านสื่อเพื่อ การฝึกอบรมของรัฐวิสาหกิจ 5 แห่ง กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ เจ้าหน้าที่ฝึกอบรม 198 คน บุคลากรที่ปฏิบัติงานใน หน่วยโสตทัศนูปกรณ์ 98 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และ เปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างของค่าเฉลี่ยโดยการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. เจ้าหน้าที่ฝึกอบรมและบุคลากรที่ปฏิบัติงานในหน่วยโสตทัศนูปกรณ์ เห็นความจำเป็นด้าน บุคลากรว่าจำเป็นในระดับมากที่สุด 8 ประเด็น 3 อันดับแรกคือ บุคลากรที่มีความคิดริเริ่มสร้างสรรค์งานสื่อ มีความรู้ด้านการออกแบบสื่อ และมีความรู้ด้านการผลิตสื่อ 2. ในเรื่องของความต้องการ ทั้งเจ้าหน้าที่ฝึกอบรม และบุคลากรที่ปฏิบัติงานในหน่วย โสตทัศนูปกรณ์ มีความต้องการด้านบุคลากรในระดับมากที่สุดเหมือนกัน 6 ประเด็น ซึ่ง 3 อันดับแรก สอดคล้องกับประเด็นความจำเป็น 3. จากปัญหาด้านต่าง ๆ พบว่า เจ้าหน้าที่ฝึกอบรมและบุคลากรที่ปฏิบัติงานในหน่วย โสตทัศนูปกรณ์เห็นว่า สิ่งที่เป็นปัญหาอยู่ในระดับมาก ปานกลาง หรือน้อยทั้งสิ้น ไม่มีปัญหาในระดับมากที่สุด 4. เมื่อเปรียบเทียบความต้องการจำเป็น และปัญหาของเจ้าหน้าที่ฝึกอบรม และบุคลากรที่ ปฏิบัติงานในหน่วยโสตทัศนูปกรณ์ของรัฐวิสาหกิจทั้ง 5 แห่ง สรุปได้ว่า 4. 1. เจ้าหน้าที่ฝึกอบรมของรัฐวิสาหกิจประเภทการพาณิชยกรรมและบริการ มีความ ต้องการจำเป็น และพบสิ่งที่เป็นปัญหามากกว่าเจ้าหน้าที่ฝึกอบรมของรัฐวิสาหกิจประเภทอื่น 4.2 บุคลากรที่ปฏิบัติงานในหน่วยโสตทัศนูปกรณ์ของรัฐวิสาหกิจประเภทสถาบันการเงิน มีความต้องการจำเป็น และพบสิ่งที่เป็นปัญหามากกว่าบุคลากรที่ปฏิบัติงานในหน่วยโสตทัศนูปกรณ์ของ รัฐวิสาหกิจประเภทอื่น

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The purpose of this research was to determine needs and problems concerning media for training of five public enterprises. The sample consisted of 198 trainers and 98 audio-visual practitioners. Percentages, mean, standard deviations and F-test were used to analyze the data. The study showed that: 1. The trainers and audio-visual practitioners rate 8 issues of media personnel as the highest necessary. The first three issues were: creativity, knowledgable in designing and production. 2. The specific needs that received the highest rating from the trainers and audio-visual practitioners were 6 issues of media personnel. The first three issues were the same as those rated as the highest necessary. 3. From various problems, the trainers and audio-visual practitioners both rated some problems as high, moderate and low. No specific problem was rated as the highest. 4. When comparing needs and problems as perceived by the trainers and audio-visual practitioners of five public enterprises, it could be summarized that: 4.1 The trainers of commerce and service enterprises perceived needs and problems higher than other enterprises. 4.2 The audio-visual practitioners of finance enterprises perceived needs and problems higher than other enterprises.
