Abstract

การวิจัยเชิงบรรยายนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาเปรียบเทียบความชุก และระดับของภาวะซึมเศร้า และความสัมพันธ์ ปัจจัยจิต สังคม ระหว่างเด็กวัดสระแก้วกับเด็กในครอบครัวปกติ กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือเด็กวัดสระแก้วและเด็กในครอบครัวปกติที่ศึกษาอยู่ชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1-3 จำนวน 628 คน เครื่องมือ ที่ใช้ในการวิจัย เป็นแบบสอบถามความคาดหวังในชีวิต ความสัมพันธ์กับกลุ่มเพื่อน และ CDI (Children, s Depression Inventory) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า เด็กวัดสระแก้วมีความชุกและระดับของภาวะซึมเศร้า มากกว่าเด็กในครอบครัวปกติ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 เด็กที่มีเพศ, ผลสมฤทธิ์ทางการศึกษาและ ความสัมพันธ์กับกลุ่มเพื่อนที่แตกต่างกันพบว่ามีภาวะซึมเศร้าที่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ที่ระดับ .01 ด้านความคาดหวังในชีวิตของเด็กในครอบครัวปกติมากกว่าเด็กในวัดสระแก้วอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ที่ระดับ .01 และเด็กที่มีความคาดหวังในชีวิตต่ำ จะมีภาวะซึมเศร้ามากกว่าเด็กที่มีความคาดหวังสูง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ .01 เด็กในวัดสระแก้ว มีความสัมพันธ์กับกลุ่ม เพื่อนน้อยกว่าในครอบครัวปกติ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ที่ระดับ .01 เด็กที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับกลุ่มเพื่อนต่ำ มีภาวะซึมเศร้ามากกว่าเด็กที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับกลุ่มเพื่อนสูง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ที่ระดับ .01

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The objective of the descriptive study was to find the prevalence of depression and related psychosocial factors; a comparative study between the children at WAT SRA KAEW and the children from the ordinary families. Subjects were six hudread and twenty-eight children who study in hight school The instruments for this study were Life expectation’s questionnaire, Peer Relationship’s Questionnare and CDI (children’s depression inventory). The results show that prevalence and leveal of children depression in WAT SRA KAEW was higher than the ordinary family’s (p<.01). Children were difference sex, student’s achievement and peer relationships have difference degree of depression (p<.01). Children from ordinary family have life expectation higher than children at WAT SRA KAEW (p<.01) Low life expectation children have depression higher than high life expectation children. (p<.01) Children at WAT SRA KAEW have lower peer relationship than children from ordinary family (p<.01) Low peer relationship children have depression higher than high peer relationship children (p<.01)
