Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ เสนอแนะแนวทางการพัฒนาชุมชนเมืองลพบุรี กระบวนการเริ่มต้นจากการศึกษาสภาพในอดีต ปัจจุบัน และคาดการณ์ในอนาคต ทางด้านกายภาพ เศรษฐกิจ สังคม และประชากร ขั้นต่อไปวิเคราะห์ศักยภาพ โดยเปรียบเทียบกับเกณฑ์มาตรฐานของชุมชน ให้อยู่ในกำกับนโยบาย ของประเทศ กฎหมายข้อบังคับต่าง ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง และให้สอดคล้องกับทรัพยากร สิ่งแวดล้อม ขนบธรรมเนียมประเพณีของท้องถิ่น นำมาพิจารณากำหนดเป็นแนวทางการพัฒนาชุมชนเมืองลพบุรี ผลของการศึกษาพบว่า ชุมชนเมืองลพบุรี ซึ่งเป็นเมืองสำคัญเมืองหนึ่งในประวัติศาสตร์ มีการสร้างบ้านแปลงเมืองมาอย่างต่อเนื่องยาวนานหลายร้อยปี ปัจจุบันยังคงมีบทบาทเป็นแหล่งท่องเที่ยวโบราณสถานทางประวัติศาสตร์ เนื่องจากมีทรัพยากรที่เป็นโบราณสถานที่มีคุณค่าทางด้านประวัติศาสตร์อยู่เป็นจำนวนมาก เป็นเมืองศูนย์กลางทางทหาร เป็นศูนย์กลางบริหารราชการและพาณิชยกรรมของจังหวัด ขณะเดียวกันชุมชนเมืองลพบุรีมีลักษณะทางกายภาพ ที่เป็นอุปสรรคต่อการขยายตัวของเมืองอย่างเห็นได้ชัด เพราะเป็นชุมชนที่ตั้งอยู่ระหว่างเนินเขาและแม่น้ำ บริเวณโดยรอบส่วนมากเป็นที่ลุ่มน้ำท่วมถึง มีโบราณสถานเป็นจำนวนมาก เส้นทางรถไฟและเส้นทางหลวงจังหวัดผ่านบริเวณย่านกลางชุมชน เป็นสิ่งปิดกั้นการขยายตัวของชุมชน ทำให้อยู่ในลักษณะที่ถูกบีบบังคับให้ชุมชนเจริญเติบโตอยู่ในพื้นที่และรูปร่างที่กำจัด พบว่าเมืองขยายตัวมาทางใต้ของเขตเทศบาลและทางเหนือโดยออกนอกเขตพื้นที่เทศบาลเมืองลพบุรี แนวทางที่จะพัฒนาชุมชนเมืองลพบุรี จำเป็นจะต้องใช้พื้นที่ให้ประสิทธิภาพและกำหนดพื้นที่ทิศทางการขยายตัวของชุมชนเมืองออกไปในพื้นที่ที่เหมาะสม โดยเสนอแนะให้บริเวณพื้นที่ทางด้านทิศตะวันออกเฉียงใต้ของชุมชนเมืองปัจจุบัน เป็นพื้นที่สำหรับรองรับการขยายตัวของชุมชนเมืองลพบุรีในอนาคตต่อไป

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The goal of the research is to propose the development possibilities for the community. The process begins with studying the past, the present and then forecasting the future of geographic, economic, social and demographic trends. Next, the community’s potential is analyzed by comparing the basic standard oi the community under the rules, laws and policies to the country. By getting along with resources, environment, local cultures, we can set the way to develop the community. The result has shown that the Lop buri’s community is used to be an important city in the history. The consturctions has been built day by day for several hunderds years. Nowadays, Lop buri has been the historical tour centre because there are many antiques that utmost value for history, furthermore it has been the centre for military, government management and commercial of the city. Anyway, the Lop buri community’s physical expansion is obstructed by the location that is among the mountain and river and also be the flooded area which is closed by antiques, railway and high way. Finally, the city is broaden to the south and the north to the Lop buri’s local government. It is excellent to develop the community to the suitable area, the south – east of the present community that is capable to place under Lop buri community’s expansion in the tuture.
