Abstract

การวิจัยฉบับนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อพัฒนาและประเมินผลหลักสูตรการอ่านภาษาไทยเชิงธุรกิจตามแนวคิดการศึกษาอิงมาตรฐานสำหรับชาวต่างชาติ โดยมีขั้นตอนในการดำเนินการวิจัย 3 ระยะ ได้แก่ ระยะที่ 1 การศึกษาข้อมูลพื้นฐาน และการศึกษาความคิดเห็นและความต้องการจำเป็น ระยะที่ 2 การพัฒนาหลักสูตรตามแนวคิดการศึกษาอิงมาตรฐาน และประเมินและตรวจสอบคุณภาพหลักสูตรโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 5 คน และระยะที่ 3 การทดลองใช้หลักสูตร โดยนำไปทดลองใช้กับนักธุรกิจชาวต่างชาติ จำนวน 20 คน และเก็บรวบรวมผลการทดลองใช้ 2 ส่วนได้แก่ การประเมินความสามารถในการอ่านโดยใช้แบบทดสอบความสามารถการอ่านภาษาไทยเชิงธุรกิจและข้อมูลจากการสัมภาษณ์ความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับหลักสูตร ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) องค์ประกอบหลักสูตรการอ่านภาษาไทยเชิงธุรกิจตามแนวคิดการศึกษาอิงมาตรฐานสำหรับชาวต่างชาติ ประกอบด้วย จุดมุ่งหมายของหลักสูตร วัตถุประสงค์ของหลักสูตร กรอบมาตรฐานหลักสูตรรวม 3 มาตรฐาน และ 8 ตัวชี้วัด คือ มาตรฐานที่ 1 การอ่านเพื่อให้ได้ข้อมูล ข่าวสารและความคิดในเรื่องต่างๆ มาตรฐานที่ 2 การอ่านเพื่อเข้าถึงวัฒนธรรมการสื่อสารในการทำงาน และมาตรฐานที่ 3 การอ่านเพื่อการปฏิบัติงานและการตัดสินใจทางธุรกิจ รายละเอียดเนื้อหากิจกรรมและเวลาของหลักสูตร และการประเมินผลการเรียนรู้ 2) ผลการประเมินการนำหลักสูตรไปใช้พบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีความสามารถในการอ่านภาษาไทยเชิงธุรกิจหลังเรียน สูงกว่าก่อนเรียน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และผลการสัมภาษณ์ พบว่ากลุ่มตัวอย่างมีความพึงพอใจต่อหลักสูตร โดยให้ความเห็นว่า หลักสูตรมีกิจกรรมการจัดการเรียนรู้มีเป้าหมายชัดเจน สามารถเชื่อมโยงกับการทำงานจริงได้

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The purpose of this research was to develop a Thai business oriented reading curriculum using standard-based education approach for foreigners. The research procedure was divided into three phrases; the first phrase: a survey study to investigate the needs of foreign business personals regarding business reading and a review of literature on developing Thai business oriented reading curriculum standards for foreigners were conducted, the second phrase: A development of a Thai-language business-oriented reading curriculum using standard-based education approach for foreigners followed by the curriculum evaluation of the effectiveness by experts and the third phrase: the curriculum evaluation of the effectiveness by testing foreign business personals’ reading ability then the satisfaction interview was conducted. The research findings were as follows: 1.1 The Thai-language business-oriented reading curriculum using standard-based education approach for foreigners consisted of curriculum aims, objectives, curriculum standards;3 standards and 8 indicators. Standard 1; reading for data and general concepts, Standard 2; reading for corporate culture, Standard 3; reading for business dealing and decision making, content, time and evaluation methods. 1.2 It was found that the learners reading ability was reports higher than the ability prior the course at .05 level significantly. The result from the satisfaction interview indicated that the foreign business personals were satisfied with the curriculum. The learners suggested that the in-class activities provided the clear learning objectives and they could easily associate those learning activities with the real life tasks.
