Abstract

การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยและพัฒนา มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการเรียนการสอนเพื่อส่งเสริมสมรรถนะทางวัฒนธรรมในการพยาบาล และศึกษาผลการใช้รูปแบบการเรียนการสอนที่พัฒนาขึ้น ขั้นตอนการวิจัยมี 2 ระยะ ได้แก่ ระยะที่ 1 การพัฒนารูปแบบการเรียนการสอนตามแนวคิดการศึกษาเพื่อเสริมสร้างลักษณะนิสัยและแนวคิดการเรียนรู้ผ่านประสบการณ์ เพื่อส่งเสริมสมรรถนะทางวัฒนธรรมในการพยาบาลของนักศึกษาพยาบาล ระยะที่ 2 การศึกษาผลการใช้รูปแบบการเรียนการสอนที่พัฒนาขึ้น โดยนำรูปแบบการเรียนการสอนไปทดลองใช้กับนักศึกษาพยาบาล หลักสูตรพยาบาลศาสตรบัณฑิต ชั้นปีที่ 3 จำนวน 21 คน ในรายวิชาปฏิบัติการพยาบาลเด็กและวัยรุ่น ภาคการศึกษาที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2559 เครื่องมือที่ใช้เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ แบบประเมินสมรรถนะทางวัฒนธรรมในการพยาบาล แบบบันทึกการศึกษาหาความรู้เกี่ยวกับวัฒนธรรมของผู้รับบริการ และบันทึกการเรียนรู้ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและการทดสอบค่าที ผลการวิจัยที่สำคัญสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. รูปแบบการเรียนการสอนที่พัฒนาขึ้น ประกอบด้วย 4 ขั้นตอน ได้แก่ ขั้นปฏิบัติการพยาบาลบนพื้นฐานทางจริยธรรม ขั้นสะท้อนคิดและแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ ขั้นสร้างแนวทางการปฏิบัติและคุณลักษณะที่ดี และขั้นปฏิบัติการพยาบาลตามแนวทางปฏิบัติและคุณลักษณะที่ดี 2. ผลของการใช้รูปแบบการเรียนการสอนที่พัฒนาขึ้น พบว่า ภายหลังการทดลอง นักศึกษาพยาบาลมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยของสมรรถนะทางวัฒนธรรมในการพยาบาล ทั้งโดยรวมและรายด้าน ซึ่งประกอบด้วยด้านความตระหนักทางวัฒนธรรม ด้านความสามารถในการศึกษาหาความรู้เกี่ยวกับวัฒนธรรม และทักษะการดูแลผู้รับบริการที่มีความแตกต่างทางวัฒนธรรม สูงกว่าก่อนการทดลองอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และนักศึกษาพยาบาลตระหนักและให้ความสำคัญกับวัฒนธรรม รวบรวมข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับวัฒนธรรมได้อย่างครอบคลุม วางแผนการพยาบาลสอดคล้องกับวัฒนธรรมของผู้รับบริการ และปฏิบัติการพยาบาลด้วยความเห็นอกเห็นใจ ให้เกียรติและเคารพในความเป็นบุคคลของผู้รับบริการ

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

This research and development study aimed to develop an instructional model for enhancing cultural competences in nursing of nursing students and evaluate the achievement of the model which consisted of 2 phases. The first phase was the development of an instructional model by using character education and experiential learning approaches. The second step was the use of the instructional model and the evaluation the achievement. The instructional model was used to teach 21 third year students in Bachelor’s Degree of Nursing Program. In this case, the students were studying in the Pediatric practicum course in the first semester of academic year 2016. The employed research instruments were assessment from cultural competency, study of patient’s culture and learning log form. Data were analyzed using percentage, mean, standard deviation and T-test. The results of study were 1. The instructional model for enhancing cultural competences in nursing of nursing students was composed of four steps as follows: learning by clinical practicing based on ethics, reflecting and sharing, formulating good practice and good characters and practicing based on good practice and characters. 2. The result from using of the instructional model showed that after the experiment, the students had higher of cultural competence scores in cultural awareness, ability to gain knowledge about culture, and cultural care skills at the statistically significant level of .05. Students are conscious and valued culture, gathered cultural data completely, planned congruent care for the patients, and practiced with empathy, honor, and respect.
