Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) วิเคราะห์เนื้อหาประชาธิปไตยในหลักสูตรการศึกษาระดับประถมศึกษาตั้งแต่ปี พ.ศ. 2503 – 2551 2) วิเคราะห์เนื้อหาประชาธิปไตยในหนังสือเรียนสังคมศึกษา ระดับชั้นประถมศึกษาจำแนกตามหลักสูตรตั้งแต่ปี พ.ศ. 2503 – 2551 และ 3) เสนอกรอบแนวคิดเกี่ยวกับเนื้อหาประชาธิปไตยในกลุ่มสาระสังคมศึกษาศาสนาและวัฒนธรรมในระดับประถมศึกษา แหล่งข้อมูลที่ศึกษาในครั้งนี้ได้แก่ หลักสูตรการศึกษาระดับประถมศึกษาตั้งแต่ พ.ศ. 2503 - พ.ศ. 2551 จำนวน 4 ฉบับ และหนังสือเรียนระดับประถมศึกษาวิชาสังคมศึกษาจำแนกตามหลักสูตรตั้งแต่ พ.ศ. 2503 - พ.ศ. 2551 19 เล่ม สรุปผลการวิเคราะห์ได้ดังต่อไปนี้ 1) หลักสูตรประโยคประถมศึกษาพุทธศักราช 2503 นั้นให้ความสำคัญกับหลักความรับผิดชอบ หลักการมีใจเปิดกว้าง และหลักการเห็นแก่ประโยชน์ส่วนรวม หลักสูตรประถมศึกษาพุทธศักราช 2521 (ฉบับปรับปรุง พ.ศ. 2533) นั้นให้ความสำคัญกับหลักความรับผิดชอบ และหลักการมีใจเปิดกว้าง ส่วนหลักสูตรแกนกลางการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานพุทธศักราช 2551 นั้นให้ความสำคัญกับหลักการมีใจเปิดกว้าง หลักสิทธิเสรีภาพ หลักความมีวินัย หลักการเห็นแก่ประโยชน์ส่วนรวม หลักความรับผิดชอบและหลักการมีส่วนร่วม ส่วนหลักเหตุผล หลักความเท่าเทียม และหลักการแก้ไขปัญหาโดยสันติวิธี เป็น 3 หลักที่พบน้อยในทุกแหล่งข้อมูล 2) หนังสือเรียนสังคมศึกษาตามหลักสูตรประโยคประถมศึกษาพุทธศักราช 2503 ให้ความสำคัญกับหลักความรับผิดชอบ หลักการเห็นแก่ประโยชน์ส่วนรวม หลักการมีใจเปิดกว้าง หลักสิทธิและเสรีภาพ และหลักความมีวินัย หนังสือเรียนสังคมศึกษาตาม หลักสูตรประถมศึกษาพุทธศักราช 2521 (ฉบับปรับปรุง พ.ศ. 2533) ให้ความสำคัญกับหลักความรับผิดชอบ และ หลักการมีใจเปิดกว้าง ส่วนหนังสือเรียนสังคมศึกษาตามหลักสูตรแกนกลางการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานพุทธศักราช 2551 ให้ความสำคัญกับหลักการมีใจเปิดกว้าง หลักสิทธิเสรีภาพ หลักความมีวินัย หลักการเห็นแก่ประโยชน์ส่วนรวม หลักความรับผิดชอบและหลักการมีส่วนร่วม ส่วนหลักเหตุผล หลักความเท่าเทียม และหลักการแก้ไขปัญหาโดยสันติวิธี เป็น 3 หลักที่พบน้อยที่สุดในทุกแหล่งข้อมูล 3) เนื้อหาประชาธิปไตยในอนาคตควรประกอบไปด้วยเรื่องที่เป็นแนวคิดพื้นฐานของประชาธิปไตยได้แก่เรื่องเหตุผล สิทธิเสรีภาพ และความเท่าเทียม และเรื่องที่เป็นคุณลักษณะหรือวิถีชีวิตแบบประชาธิปไตยได้แก่เรื่อง ความมีวินัย ความรับผิดชอบ การมีใจเปิดกว้าง การเห็นแก่ประโยชน์ส่วนรวม การมีส่วนร่วม การแก้ไขปัญหาโดยสันติวิธี

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The research objectives were 1) to analyze the content of elementary curriculum during B.E. 2503-2551 2) to analyze the content of textbook of social studies, religion and culture for elementary level during B.E. 2503-2551 3) to present the conceptual framework of Democracy in social studies, religion and culture for elementary level .The sampling group were 1) 4 elementary curriculum guides 2) 19 textbooks of social studies, religion and culture for elementary level. The tool used in this research was a content analysis form and interview form. Research finding as 1) The democracy concept which appeared frequently in the elementary curriculum guide B.E. 2503 were responsibility, open mindedness and public mind. The democracy concept which appeared frequently in the elementary curriculum guide B.E. 2521 (2533) were responsibility and open mindedness. The democracy concept which appeared frequently in the elementary curriculum guide B.E. 2551 were open mindedness, liberty and rights, discipline, public mind, responsibility and participation. The 3 democracy concepts which less frequently in this category were reasoning, equality and peaceful means. 2) The democracy concept which appeared frequently in textbook of social studies, religion and culture for elementary level B.E. 2503 were responsibility, open mindedness, public mind, liberty and rights and discipline. The democracy concept which appeared frequently in textbook of social studies, religion and culture for elementary level B.E. 2521 (2533) were responsibility and open mindedness. The democracy concept which appeared frequently in textbook of social studies, religion and culture for elementary level B.E. 2551 were open mindedness, liberty and rights, discipline, public mind, responsibility and participation. The 3 democracy concepts which less frequently in this category were reasoning, equality and peaceful means. 3) Conceptual framework of Democracy in social studies, religion and culture for elementary level composed of reasoning, liberty and rights, equality, discipline, responsibility, open mindedness, public mind, participation and peaceful means.
