Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้ใช้ระเบียบวิจัยเชิงบรรยาย (descriptive research) มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัญหา และแนวทางการแก้ปัญหาการบริหารจัดการชั้นเรียนของครูประจำชั้นและครูประจำวิชาตามแนวคิดการเสริมสร้างความเป็นพลเมืองคุณภาพในระบอบประชาธิปไตยของนักเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย เพื่อนำเสนอแนวทางพัฒนาการบริหารจัดการชั้นเรียนที่มุ่งเน้นการเสริมสร้างความเป็นพลเมืองคุณภาพในระบอบประชาธิปไตยของนักเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย ผลการวิจัยพบว่า แนวทางการพัฒนาการบริหารจัดการชั้นเรียนที่มุ่งเน้นการเสริมสร้างความเป็นพลเมืองคุณภาพในระบอบประชาธิปไตยของนักเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย จำนวน 14 แนวทาง ภายใต้กรอบแนวคิดความเป็นพลเมืองคุณภาพในระบอบประชาธิปไตย 3 ด้าน ได้แก่ แนวทางที่มุ่งเน้นการเสริมสร้างความเป็นพลเมืองที่มีความรับผิดชอบ 2 แนวทาง เช่น ครูควรใช้หลักประชาธิปไตยในการปกครอง คือ ความเสมอภาค การยอมรับ การเคารพและการให้เกียรติกัน แนวทางที่มุ่งเน้นการเสริมสร้างความเป็นพลเมืองที่มีส่วนร่วม 6 แนวทาง เช่น ครูควรระบุกิจกรรมที่ส่งเสริมให้นักเรียนทุกคนมีส่วนร่วมเกี่ยวกับการเมือง เศรษฐกิจหรือสิ่งแวดล้อม และแนวทางที่มุ่งเน้นการเสริมสร้างความเป็นพลเมืองที่มุ่งเน้นความยุติธรรม 6 แนวทาง เช่น ครูควรจัดสรร อุปกรณ์การเรียน สื่อการเรียนรู้ต่าง ๆ ในชั้นเรียนให้ง่ายต่อการเข้าถึงของนักเรียน
Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)
The purposes of this descriptive research were to study the state, problems, and solution guidelines of classroom management of homeroom teachers and teachers based on the concept of enhancing quality democratic citizenship of upper secondary school students, in order to propose the guidelines for a classroom management development to enhance quality democratic citizenship of upper secondary school students. The findings showed that the guidelines for a classroom management development to enhance quality democratic citizenship of upper secondary school students were 14 guidelines as follows 2 guidelines for personally responsible citizen, for example; teachers should use democratic principles: equality, acceptance, respect, and honor, 6 guidelines for participatory citizen, for example; teachers should specify the activities that encourage students participating in politic, economic, and environment, and 6 guidelines for justice-oriented citizen, for example; teachers should use instructional material that easy to understand for every students.
