Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1. ศึกษาสภาพและปัญหาในการใช้หลักสูตรโรงเรียนมาตรฐานสากลในระดับมัธยมศึกษา 2. เสนอแนวทางการใช้หลักสูตรโรงเรียนมาตรฐานสากลในระดับมัธยมศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ ครูผู้สอนในโรงเรียนมาตรฐานสากลในระดับมัธยมศึกษาในกรุงเทพมหานคร โรงเรียนละ 7 คน ประกอบด้วย ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาโรงเรียนละ 1 คน รองผู้อำนวยการฝ่ายวิชาการ โรงเรียนละ 1 คน และครูผู้สอนรายวิชาเพิ่มเติม (มาตรฐานสากล) 5 คน รวมเป็นโรงเรียนละ 7 คน จะได้กลุ่มตัวอย่างทั้งสิ้น 399 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยแจกแจงความถี่ หาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยเลขคณิต และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยด้านสภาพและปัญหาในการใช้หลักสูตรโรงเรียนมาตรฐานสากลพบว่า 1) งานบริหารหลักสูตร พบว่า ภาพรวมของการปฏิบัติอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านการจัดตารางสอน มีการปฏิบัติมากที่สุด สภาพปัญหา พบว่า อยู่ในระดับน้อยที่สุด เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านการจัดครูเข้าสอน มีปัญหามากที่สุด 2) งานสอน พบว่า ภาพรวมของการปฏิบัติอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านการวางแผนการสอน มีการปฏิบัติมากที่สุด สภาพปัญหา พบว่า อยู่ในระดับน้อย เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่าด้านการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนและกิจกรรมเสริมหลักสูตร มีปัญหามากที่สุด แนวทางในการใช้หลักสูตรโรงเรียนมาตรฐานสากล ด้านการบริหารหลักสูตร พบว่า โรงเรียนควรจัดให้มีการวิเคราะห์และทำความเข้าใจรายละเอียดของหลักสูตรโรงเรียนมาตรฐานสากล มีการเตรียมความพร้อมในการนำหลักสูตรไปใช้ คือ เตรียมความพร้อมทางด้านบุคลากร การจัดครูเข้าสอน การจัดตารางสอน การเตรียมเอกสารและสื่อการเรียนรู้ การนิเทศติดตามและการประชาสัมพันธ์หลักสูตร ด้านงานสอน พบว่า ครูควรจัดการเรียนรู้ให้สอดคล้องกับจุดเน้นของรายวิชาตามหลักสูตรโรงเรียนมาตรฐานสากล มีการจัดทำประมวลรายวิชา แผนการสอน จัดทำสื่อการจัดการเรียนรู้ มีการจัดการสอนซ่อมเสริมและครูควรมีความรู้ในการสร้างเครื่องมือวัดผลที่มีความหลากหลายสามารถวัดและประเมินผลได้ผลตรงตามความเป็นจริง

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

This study aimed to: 1) investigate the conditions and the problems of the application of world-class standard school curriculum of a secondary-school, and 2) suggest guidelines on the application of such curriculum. The participants were seven teachers working for a secondary school using world-class standard school curriculum, totaling 399 teachers. The schools were under the supervision of Bangkok Metropolitan Administration. The seven teachers comprised a director, a deputy director for academic affairs and five instructors teaching additional subjects (according to the standard). A questionnaire with a rating scale was used as a tool and distribution of frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation were used to analyze the data. In terms of the conditions and problems, it was found that: 1) in general the curriculum administration was ranked high. Timetable assignment was ranked highest and the problems about this aspect were ranked lowest and the problem about assigning an instructor to a subject was ranked highest. 2) In general, teaching was ranked high and teaching planning was ranked highest and the problems about this aspect were ranked low. The problem about the management of teaching and learning and that of extra curriculum activities were ranked highest. As for the guidelines, in terms of curriculum administration, the school should have an insight into the standards and should be well equipped with personnel, instructors to be teaching, timetable assignment, teaching and learning materials, including instructional media, follow-up procedures and public relations about the curriculum. In terms of teaching, the learning management should be in line with each subject specified in the curriculum and each subject should have a course syllabus, lesson plans, preparation of instructional media and learning management and remedial management. In addition, the instructors should be able to construct various types of assessment tools that can reflect the actual teaching and learning.
