Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อพัฒนาลักษณะเฉพาะและตรวจสอบคุณภาพลักษณะเฉพาะของแบบวัดทักษะการสื่อสารแห่งศตวรรษที่ 21 ของนิสิตนักศึกษาปริญญาบัณฑิต และ 2) เพื่อสร้างแบบวัดและตรวจสอบคุณภาพของแบบวัดทักษะการสื่อสารแห่งศตวรรษที่ 21 ของนิสิตนักศึกษาปริญญาบัณฑิต ตามลักษณะเฉพาะของแบบวัดฯ ที่พัฒนาขึ้น โดยแบ่งขั้นตอนการดำเนินงานออกเป็น 2 ระยะ ระยะที่ 1 เป็นการพัฒนาลักษณะเฉพาะของแบบวัดฯ และระยะที่ 2 เป็นการพัฒนาแบบวัด ตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้คือ นิสิตนักศึกษาปริญญาบัณฑิต ภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2558 ของมหาวิทยาลัย ในเขตกรุงเทพมหานครฯ จากการเลือกแบบเจาะจง จึงได้ตัวอย่าง จำนวน 624 คน เพื่อเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากแบบวัดฯ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วยแบบประเมิน ลักษณะเฉพาะของแบบวัดฯ และแบบวัดทักษะฯ ซึ่งแบบวัดทักษะฯ มีรูปแบบข้อคำถามเป็นแบบวัดที่มีรูปแบบผสม การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้โปรแกรมวิเคราะห์ทางสถิติ โปรแกรม B-Index และโปรแกรม LISREL ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. การพัฒนาลักษณะเฉพาะของแบบวัดทักษะการสื่อสารแห่งศตวรรษที่ 21 ของนิสิตนักศึกษาปริญญาบัณฑิต ซึ่งมีองค์ประกอบของลักษณะเฉพาะของแบบวัด ได้แก่ วัตถุประสงค์ของการสอบ องค์ประกอบของทักษะการสื่อสารแห่งศตวรรษที่ 21 ของนิสิตนักศึกษาปริญญาบัณฑิต แนวทางการสร้างข้อคำถาม โครงสร้างของแบบวัด รูปแบบของแบบวัด ลักษณะเฉพาะของข้อคำถาม ตัวอย่างข้อคำถาม เกณฑ์การให้คะแนน และเกณฑ์การตัดสินคะแนน 2. ลักษณะเฉพาะของแบบวัดทักษะการสื่อสารแห่งศตวรรษที่ 21 ของนิสิตนักศึกษาปริญญาบัณฑิต มีผลการประเมินคุณภาพในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (Mean=4.15, SD=0.68) 3. แบบวัดทักษะการสื่อสารแห่งศตวรรษที่ 21 ของนิสิตนักศึกษาปริญญาบัณฑิต มี 5 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ การใช้ภาษาในการสื่อสาร การสื่อสารด้วยการฟัง การสื่อสารตามจุดประสงค์ การใช้สื่อและเทคโนโลยีในการสื่อสาร และการสื่อสารในสภาพแวดล้อมที่ต่างกัน แบบวัดนี้มีรูปแบบข้อคำถามเป็นแบบวัดที่มีรูปแบบผสม ประกอบด้วย ข้อคำถามแบบเลือกตอบ ข้อคำถามแบบเขียนตอบ ข้อคำถามแบบจับคู่ และข้อคำถามแบบวาดภาพ 4. แบบวัดทักษะการสื่อสารแห่งศตวรรษที่ 21 ของนิสิตนักศึกษาปริญญาบัณฑิต มีคุณภาพของแบบวัดทั้งด้านความตรงเชิงเนื้อหา ความตรงเชิงโครงสร้าง (Chi-square=32.79, df=24, P=0.10853, GFI=0.990, AGFI=0.978, RMSEA=0.024) และความเที่ยงอยู่ในระดับสูง (α=0.810)

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The purposes of this research were 1) to develop and verify the quality of the test item specifications of the 21st century communication skill scales for undergraduate students and, 2) to develop and verify the quality of tests made from test item specifications. There were two sequential phases of study; i.e; 1) Development of test item specifications, and 2) Development of tests. The sample consisted of 624 undergraduate students, using a purposive sampling. The research instruments were evaluation form, the test item specifications, and skill tests that were of mixed format. Data was analyzed by using SPSS, B-Index and LISREL. The research findings were as follows: 1. Development of test item specifications of the 21st century communication skill scales: The test item specification consisted of Test objectives, Components of the 21st century communication skills for undergraduate students, Test development guidelines, Table of specifications, Test format, Item specifications, Sample items, Scoring criteria, and Grading criteria. 2. The quality evaluation result of Test item specification of the 21st century communication skill scales for undergraduate students was in the high level (Mean=4.15, SD=0.68). 3. The tests of the 21st century communication skill scales for undergraduate students had 5 indicators those indicators consisted of use of language for communication, listening communication, communication for specific purposes, media and technologies for communication and communication in diverse environments. The test is mixed-format, containing multiple-choice items, open-ended question items, matching item and drawing items. 4. The quality of the tests of the 21st century communication skill scales for undergraduate students consisted of content validity, construct validity (Chi-square=32.79, df=24, P=0.10853, GFI=0.990, AGFI=0.978, RMSEA=0.024) and reliability was in the high level (α=0.810).
