Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการทำงานร่วมกันออนไลน์กับการคิดเชิงระบบเพื่อพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำของนิสิตระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาเกษตรศาสตร์ โดยวิธีการดำเนินการวิจัย เริ่มจากการสัมภาษณ์ความคิดเห็นของผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิที่มีประสบการณ์ในการจัดการเรียนการสอนสาขาเกษตรศาสตร์ และมีความเชี่ยวชาญในด้านการคิดเชิงระบบ ด้านภาวะผู้นำและเทคโนโลยีและสื่อสารการศึกษา จำนวน 5 คน ทดลองใช้รูปแบบกับกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่เป็นนิสิตสาขาเกษตรศาสตร์ จำนวน 46 คน โดยมีระยะเวลาในการทดลอง 12 สัปดาห์ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และ t-test ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. การทำงานร่วมกันออนไลน์กับการคิดเชิงระบบเพื่อพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำของนิสิตระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาเกษตรศาสตร์ ประกอบด้วย 1. องค์ประกอบของรูปแบบ ได้แก่ 1.1 ผู้เรียน (สามารถใช้ความรู้ความสามารถแสวงหาความรู้ คิดวิเคราะห์ ให้เหตุผลได้) 1.2 ผู้สอน (ทำหน้าที่เป็นผู้สอนและให้คำปรึกษา) 1.3 เนื้อหา (รายวิชาทางการเกษตรที่มีลักษณะของการยกตัวอย่างของสถานการณ์ปัญหา) 1.4 เครื่องมือการทำงานร่วมกันออนไลน์ แบ่งออกเป็น 6 ประเภท ได้แก่ 1) การส่งข้อความ 2) การสนทนา 3) ผังความคิด การวางแผน การช่วยจำ 4) สื่อเครือข่ายสังคม 5) การสืบค้นข้อมูลบนเครือข่ายอินเทอร์เน็ต 6) สื่อนำเสนอ โดยใช้หลักการและเทคนิคของการออกแบบของการนำเสนอผ่านโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป 1.5 ระบบเครือข่ายอินเทอร์เน็ต เทคโนโลยีคอมพิวเตอร์ ทั้งภายในะภายนอกหน่วยงาน 1.6 การประเมิน 2. กระบวนการเรียนการสอน ได้แก่ เตรียมความพร้อม เสนอสถานการณ์ปัญหา วิเคราะห์ตัวแปรที่สำคัญ สร้างแบบจำลองวงจรความสัมพันธ์ สืบค้นข้อมูล ตัดสินใจและนำเสนอ 2. นิสิตที่เรียนตามแผนการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนตามรูปแบบการทำงานร่วมกันออนไลน์กับการคิดเชิงระบบเพื่อพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำ มีคะแนนภาวะผู้นำหลังเรียนสูงกว่าคะแนนภาวะผู้นำก่อนเรียนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The purposes of this research were to develop an online collaboration model using systems thinking to enhance leadership of agricultural undergraduate students. The research method was divided into four phases: 1) study, analyze and synthesize related documents and interview five experts who have experiences about the Online Collaboration tools using systems thinking to enhance leadership of agricultural undergraduate students. 2) develop a prototype of online collaboration model 3) study the effects of online collaboration model 4) propose the online collaboration model. The sample were 46 undergraduates from the Faculty of Agriculture at Kasetsart University. The experiment was carried out for 12 weeks. The data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and t-test. The research findings were as follows: The 6 components of model which include 1) agricultural students have ability in self learning 2) instructors taught and consulted. 3) the content on agriculture situation 4) online collaboration tools 5) computer network 6) evaluation. The learning process includes 1) preparation of the learners, 2) presentation of problems 3) analysis of variables 4) creation of casual loop diagram 5) searching information 6) decision making and presentation. The samples who studied Agricultural course that was designed by instructional and development model had post-test scores for leadership skill significantly higher than their pre-test scores in leadership skill at .05 significance level.
