Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1.ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพปัญหาของการจัดการเรียนการสอนที่บูรณาการทางการเรียนรู้กับการทำงานของผู้เรียนและบัณฑิตของสถาบันอุดมศึกษาไทยและต่างประเทศ 2.พัฒนายุทธศาสตร์การจัดการเรียนการสอนที่บูรณาการทางการเรียนรู้กับการทำงาน เพื่อส่งเสริมคุณภาพบัณฑิต: กรณีศึกษาสาขาวิชาสถาปัตยกรรมศาสตร์ เพื่อรองรับการเข้าสู่ประชาคมอาเซียน โดยเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากสถาบันอุดมศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอุดมศึกษา กระทรวงศึกษาธิการที่มีการจัดการเรียนการสอนที่บูรณาการทางการเรียนรู้กับการทำงาน จำนวน 33 แห่ง และมีเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ แบบสัมภาษณ์ แบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ตลอดจนการวิเคราะห์จุดแข็ง จุดอ่อน(จุดที่ควรปรับปรุง) โอกาส และอุปสรรค ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. สภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพปัญหาของการจัดการเรียนการสอนที่บูรณาการทางการเรียนรู้กับการทำงาน มีปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการจัดการเรียนการสอนที่บูรณาการทางการเรียนรู้กับการทำงานของผู้เรียนและบัณฑิตสาขาวิชาสถาปัตยกรรมศาสตร์ ซึ่งแบ่งออกเป็น 4 ด้าน ได้แก่ 1)ด้านหลักสูตรการเรียนการสอนสาขาวิชาสถาปัตยกรรมศาสตร์ 2) ด้านผู้เรียน/นิสิต/นักศึกษาและบัณฑิตที่ศึกษาสาขาวิชาสถาปัตยกรรมศาสตร์ 3) ด้านผู้สอน/คณาจารย์/อาจารย์ที่ปรึกษา/อาจารย์นิเทศงานสาขาวิชาสถาปัตยกรรมศาสตร์ 4) ด้านสถานประกอบการ/ผู้บริหารสถานประกอบการ/พนักงานที่ปรึกษา/พนักงานที่เป็นผู้ดูแลนักศึกษาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานสาขาวิชาสถาปัตยกรรมศาสตร์ 2. ยุทธศาสตร์การการจัดการเรียนการสอนที่บูรณาการทางการเรียนรู้กับการทำงาน เพื่อส่งเสริมคุณภาพบัณฑิตสาขาวิชาสถาปัตยกรรมศาสตร์ เพื่อรองรับการเข้าสู่ประชาคมอาเซียน ประกอบด้วย 4 ยุทธศาสตร์หลัก ได้แก่ 1)พัฒนาหลักสูตรการเรียนการสอนให้ตอบสนองทักษะการเรียนรู้และการประกอบวิชาชีพทางสถาปัตยกรรมในการเข้าสู่ประชาคมอาเซียน 2)พัฒนาคุณลักษณะของผู้เรียนสาขาวิชาสถาปัตยกรรมศาสตร์ที่ตอบสนองความเป็นเลิศในการสร้างบัณฑิตนักปฏิบัติ 3)ยกระดับคุณภาพอาจารย์ทางสถาปัตยกรรมศาสตร์ให้มีความเชี่ยวชาญทั้งด้านวิชาการ/วิชาชี 4)สร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือทางวิชาการ/วิชาชีพทางด้านสถาปัตยกรรมศาสตร์ เพื่อความเข้มแข็งและยั่งยืน

The research aims to 1.In order to review the current condition and problems of the Work Integrated Learning of the students and graduate of higher education institutes in Thailand and abroad. 2.To develop strategy to the Work Integrated Learning for quality graduates, case studies, field of Architecture, to support the ASEAN Community. The collected data from higher education institutions under the Ministry of the Office of the Higher Education Commission with the educational Work Integrated Learning 33 University and have the tools used in the research is, of information, analysis data with the record of the frequency percent of the average standard deviation . As well as analysis of strengths | weaknesses (where should improve), opportunities and threats. The research found that 1. Present Situation and Problems of Work Integrated Learning : WIL with performance factors related to that Work Integrated Learning of the students and graduates. Department of Architecture It is divided into four areas: 1) Curriculum Teaching Faculty of Architecture 2)Learner / student / students and graduates who studied architecture 3) The instructor / faculty / advisor / teacher supervision in the field. Architecture 4) Establishment / administrators / operators backboard mentor / student administrative staff is related to the field of architecture. 2. The Strategy Work Integrated Learning and the work to promote quality graduates of the School of Architecture to support the ASEAN Community comprising four main strategies : 1) Develop a curriculum for teaching skills to meet the learning and practice of architecture in the ASEAN community. 2) Development of the students' courses of study that meet excellence in the creation of graduate practice. 3) Improve the quality educator of the faculty of architecture to specialize in academic / professional. 4) Create a network of academic / professional Architecture for strong and sustainability.
