Abstract

งานวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) ศึกษาสภาพของการนำชมและความต้องการผู้นำชมนิทรรศการศิลปะในพิพิธภัณฑ์ศิลปะร่วมสมัย 2) ศึกษาแนวทางการจัดการอบรมผู้นำชมนิทรรศการศิลปะในพิพิธภัณฑ์ศิลปะ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการเก็บข้อมูล ประกอบด้วย 1) บุคลากรในพิพิธภัณฑ์ศิลปะร่วมสมัยที่เป็นฝ่ายวิชาการ ฝ่ายการศึกษา ฝ่ายนิทรรศการ เจ้าหน้าที่ประจำนิทรรศการ หรือภัณฑารักษ์ที่เป็นเจ้าหน้าที่ประจำ จำนวนทั้งหมด 20 คน 2) ผู้นำชมที่ผ่านการอบรมผู้นำชมนิทรรศการหรือผู้ที่มีประสบการณ์ในการนำชม จำนวนทั้งหมด 20 คน 3) ผู้เข้าชมที่ได้รับการนำชมและไม่ได้รับการนำชมนิทรรศการ จำนวนทั้งหมด 100 คน 4) ผู้เชี่ยวชาญหรือนักวิชาการ จำนวนทั้งหมด 35 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยพัฒนาขึ้นโดยผู้วิจัย ประกอบด้วยแบบสอบถามและแบบสัมภาษณ์ ซึ่งวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาค่าความถี่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) สภาพปัจจุบันของการนำชมนิทรรศการในพิพิธภัณฑ์ศิลปะร่วมสมัยเป็นการนำชมโดยบุคคลากรหลายประเภท เช่น ภัณฑารักษ์ เจ้าหน้าที่ประจำนิทรรศการ ศิลปิน และอาสาสมัครนำชมนิทรรศการ มีการริเริ่มจัดอบรมอาสาสมัครนำชมนิทรรศการ ในส่วนของการแสดงความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับสภาพโดยรวมพบว่าอยู่ในระดับมีปานกลาง ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยมากที่สุด 3 อันดับแรกคือ ด้านทัศนคติของผู้นำชมนิทรรศการ (x= 3.69) ได้แก่ ทัศนคติที่ดีต่อนิทรรศการที่จัดแสดง ทัศนคติที่ดีต่อการบริการด้านการศึกษา และทัศนคติที่ดีต่อกิจกรรมจิตอาสา ด้านการนำชมให้กับกลุ่มผู้เข้าชมประเภทต่างๆ (x= 3.31) ได้แก่ สามารถนำชมให้กับกลุ่มเด็กเล็ก กลุ่มนักเรียน นักศึกษา และประชาชนทั่วไป และด้านองค์ความรู้ของผู้นำชมนิทรรศการ (x= 3.22) ได้แก่ ความรู้ของนิทรรศการที่จัดแสดง ความรู้ทางด้านทัศนศิลป์ ความรู้เรื่องวัสดุ อุปกรณ์และวิธีการสร้างสรรค์ ตามลำดับ และ 2) ความต้องการทักษะของผู้นำชมนิทรรศการในพิพิธภัณฑ์ศิลปะร่วมสมัยโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมีความต้องการมากที่สุด ด้านที่มีความต้องการมากที่สุด 3 อันดับแรก คือ ด้านทัศนคติของผู้นำชมนิทรรศการ (x= 4.53) ด้านการนำชมให้กับกลุ่มผู้เข้าชมประเภทต่างๆ (x= 4.51) และด้านทักษะของผู้นำชมนิทรรศการ (x= 4.44) ได้แก่ การพูดอธิบายเรื่องยากให้เข้าใจง่ายขึ้น การพูดจูงใจให้ผู้เข้าชมมีความสนใจในนิทรรศการ และการฝึกปฏิบัตินำชมทำให้ผู้นำชมมีทักษะการนำชมที่ดียิ่งขึ้น ตามลำดับ แนวทางการพัฒนาทักษะการนำเสนองานศิลปะร่วมสมัยของผู้นำชมนิทรรศการ ประกอบด้วย 6 ขั้นตอน ดังนี้ 1) ขั้นวิเคราะห์ความต้องการในการฝึกอบรม 2) ขั้นกำหนดวัตถุประสงค์ของการฝึกอบรม 3) ขั้นคัดเลือกและออกแบบโครงการฝึกอบรม 4) ขั้นเลือกกิจกรรมและเทคนิคการฝึกอบรม 5) ขั้นดำเนินการฝึกอบรม และ 6) การวัดและการประเมินผลการฝึกอบรม

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The objectives of this research were 1) to study the presentation skills of docents and the needs in contemporary art museum, and 2) to propose guidelines for developing for contemporary art presentation skills of docents. The participants were 20 personals in contemporary art museums, 20 docents, 100 audiences, and 35 experts in the fields in relation to art museum. Research instruments consisted of: a set of questionnaires, an in-depth interview, and observation form. The data were analyzed using frequency, percentage standard deviation, and content analysis. The research found that: 1) At present, contemporary art museums provide exhibition guides by several types of personnel including curators, museum officers, artists and volunteers. Furthermore, volunteer docent training has been initiated by some major art museums. From the opinions of the participants, it was found that the presentation skills of docents at present were at a moderately level. The top aspect was the attitude of exhibition docents: attitude towards the exhibitions (x= 3.69), the educational services and volunteer activities. Secondly, presentation skills for all audience types (x= 3.31): children, students and adults, thirdly, knowledge of exhibition docents (x= 3.22) including knowledge of exhibitions, visual arts, arts materials and how to creating arts. 2) The needs of presentation skills of exhibition docents were at the highest level in all aspects, the top aspect was attitude of exhibition docents (x= 4.53), secondly, presentation skills suitable for various audience types (x= 4.51), and thirdly, presentation skills of exhibition docents of which included (x= 4.44) explanation skills, to encourage the visitors’ interest in the exhibition and to gain presentation skills via actual practices. Guidelines for developing contemporary art presentation skills of exhibition docents compose of: 1) to assess training needs, 2) to set the objectives of the training, 3) to select and design the training, 4) to select activities and training techniques, 5) to implement the training, and 6) to evaluate the training.
