Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษากรอบแนวคิดการบริหารโรงเรียนเพื่อเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะนักเรียนของโรงเรียนในสังกัดสภาการศึกษาคาทอลิกแห่งประเทศไทย 2) ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของการบริหารโรงเรียนเพื่อเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะนักเรียนของโรงเรียนในสังกัดสภาการศึกษาคาทอลิกแห่งประเทศไทย 3) พัฒนากลยุทธ์การบริหารโรงเรียนเพื่อเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะนักเรียนของโรงเรียนในสังกัดสภาการศึกษาคาทอลิกแห่งประเทศไทย กลุ่มตัวอย่างประกอบด้วย โรงเรียนระดับประถมศึกษาในสังกัดสภาการศึกษาคาทอลิกแห่งประเทศไทยจำนวน 157 โรงเรียน ผู้ให้ข้อมูลได้แก่ ผู้อำนวยการ รองผู้อำนวยการ หัวหน้าฝ่าย และผู้ปกครองนักเรียนที่อยู่ในคณะกรรมการบริหารสถานศึกษา จำนวน 758 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย แบบสอบถาม แบบประเมินความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ของกลยุทธ์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการแจกแจงความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และใช้ PNI modified ในการจัดอันดับความต้องการจำเป็น ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) กรอบแนวคิดการบริหารโรงเรียนเพื่อเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะนักเรียน ประกอบด้วย การบริหารวิชาการ การบริหารงบประมาณ การบริหารบุคคล และการบริหารทั่วไป ให้ส่งผลต่อการเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะนักเรียน 7 ด้านคือ ด้านการสื่อสาร ด้านการคิด ด้านเทคโนโลยี ด้านสังคมและความร่วมมือ ด้านการเรียนรู้ ด้านการบริหารจัดการตนเอง และด้านการเป็นพลโลก โดยใช้กระบวนการ 5 ขั้นตอนในการเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะนักเรียนคือ การจัดประสบการณ์ การไตร่ตรอง การสื่อสารแนวคิด การลงมือปฏิบัติ และการประเมินผล 2) สภาพปัจจุบันของการบริหารเพื่อเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะนักเรียนของโรงเรียนในสังกัดสภาการศึกษาคาทอลิกแห่งประเทศไทย โดยภาพรวมพบว่าอยู่ในระดับมาก (ค่าเฉลี่ย 4.16) ส่วนสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของการบริหารเพื่อเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะนักเรียนของโรงเรียนในสังกัดสภาการศึกษาคาทอลิกแห่งประเทศไทย โดยภาพรวมพบว่าอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (ค่าเฉลี่ย 4.71) 3) กลยุทธ์การบริหารเพื่อเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะนักเรียนของโรงเรียนในสังกัดสภาการศึกษาคาทอลิกแห่งประเทศไทย ประกอบด้วย 4 กลยุทธ์หลักคือ 1) กลยุทธ์ปฏิรูปการบริหารวิชาการเพื่อเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะนักเรียน 2) กลยุทธ์ปฏิรูปการบริหารบุคคลเพื่อเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะนักเรียน 3) กลยุทธ์พัฒนาระบบบริหารงบประมาณเพื่อเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะนักเรียน 4) กลยุทธ์พัฒนาการบริหารทั่วไปเพื่อเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะนักเรียน โดยมีกลยุทธ์รองจำนวน 12 กลยุทธ์ และ 38 วิธีดำเนินการ

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The purposes of this research were 1) to study the concept of school management to enhance the competencies of students in schools under the jurisdiction of Catholic Education Council of Thailand. 2) To examine the present and desired states of school management to enhance the competencies of students in schools under the jurisdiction of Catholic Education Council of Thailand. 3) To develop school management strategies to enhance the competencies of students in schools under the jurisdiction of Catholic Education Council of Thailand. The sample comprised 157 primary schools under the jurisdiction of Catholic Education Council of Thailand. The respondents were school directors, vice school directors, head of departments, and students’ parents in the school administrative committee with the total of 758 respondents. The research instruments included questionnaire, assessment of the strategic optimum. Statistical applications in analyzing data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and PNI modified for prioritization. The results showed that 1) the conceptual framework of school management to enhance the competencies of students composed of academic management, budgeting management, personnel management and general management to enhance 7 students’ competencies comprised of communication, thinking, technology, social-collaboration, learning, self-management and global citizenship. The process of enhancing students’ competencies contained 5 steps, which were experience, reflection, communication, action, and evaluation. 2) The current condition of management to enhance the competencies of students in the schools under the jurisdiction of Catholic Education Council of Thailand were in high level (mean 4.16) while the desired management to enhance the competencies of students in the schools under the jurisdiction of Catholic Education Council of Thailand were in the highest level (mean 4.71). 3) There were four strategies to enhance the competencies of students, which were academic management reform, personnel management reform, development of budgeting system, and development of general management, with 12 sub strategies, and 38 procedures.
