Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของการบริหารโรงเรียนสองระบบของราชอาณาจักรกัมพูชา (2) เพื่อวิเคราะห์ความต้องการจำเป็นในการปรับปรุงรูปแบบการบริหารโรงเรียนสองระบบของราชอาณาจักรกัมพูชา และ (3) เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารโรงเรียนสองระบบสำหรับราชอาณาจักรกัมพูชา ซึ่งใช้ระเบียบวิธีการวิจัยแบบวิจัยและพัฒนา (R & D) การเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับสภาพปัจุบันและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของการบริหารโรงเรียนสองระบบ มีผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลักจำนวน 540 คน จาก โรงเรียนสองระบบ 3 แห่ง ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนจำนวน 11 คน ครู จำนวน 165 คน คณะกรรมการโรงเรียนจำนวน 34 คน และนักเรียนจำนวน 330 คน ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิจำนวน 42 คน ใช้ในการประเมินร่างรูปแบบการบริหารเป็นรายบุคคล และผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิจำนวน 20 คน ใช้ในการประชุมสนทนากลุ่ม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงบรรยาย และสูตรคำนวณค่าความต้องการจำเป็น เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย แบบวิเคราะห์เอกสาร แบบสอบถาม แบบการประเมินรูปแบบ และแบบการสนทนากลุ่ม ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) สภาพปัจจุบันของการบริหารโรงเรียนสองระบบ คือ การบริหารในรูปแบบทางการ (Formal Model) (X=2.95, S.D.=1.00) และรูปแบบวัฒนธรรม (Cultural Model) (X=2.95, S.D.=1.01) มากที่สุด สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของการบริหารโรงเรียนสองระบบ คือ การบริหารในรูปแบบผู้ร่วมงาน (Collegial Model) (X=3.71, S.D.=1.08) รูปแบบวัฒนธรรม (Cultural Model) (X=3.51, S.D.=1.08) และรูปแบบทางการ (Formal Model) (X=3.41, S.D.=1.06) มากที่สุด 2) ความต้องการจำเป็นในการปรับปรุงรูปแบบการบริหาร คือ อันดับที่ 1 รูปแบบการบริหารแบบผู้ร่วมงาน (Collegial Model) (PNI = 0.37) อันดับที่ 2 รูปแบบการบริหารแบบทางการ (Formal Model) (PNI = 0.19) และ อันดับที่ 3 รูปแบบการบริหารแบบการเมือง (Political Model) (PNI = 0.18) 3) รูปแบบการบริหารโรงเรียนสองระบบสำหรับราชอาณาจักรกัมพูชาที่พัฒนาขึ้น คือ "รูปแบบการบริหารแบบ IFCC (Integrated Formal-Collegial and Cultural Model)" หรือ "รูปแบบการบริหารแบบบูรณาการระหว่างแบบทางการ แบบผู้ร่วมงาน และแบบวัฒนธรรม"

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The objectives of this descriptive research focused on 1) to study the current and desirable status of dual system school management of the Kingdom of Cambodia; 2) to analyze the priority need to rectify the dual system school management of the Kingdom of Cambodia; and 3) to develop a management model for dual system school of the Kingdom of Cambodia. This research study employed the research and development method (R&D). The data of the current and desirable status of dual system school management were collected from 540 respondents from 3 dual system schools. Of all the respondents were 11 school administrators, 165 teachers, 34 school committees and 330 students. In validating the draft of a dual system school management model, 42 experts and stakeholders were invited for individually validation and other 20 Cambodian experts and stakeholders were also invited to small group discussion. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, and the formula of PNI modified was also used to find the priority need index level. The findings revealed that 1) the current status of dual system school management of the Kingdom of Cambodia in high average score were formal model (X=2.95, S.D.=1.00) and cultural model (X=2.95, S.D.=1.01), and the desirable status of dual system school management in high average score were collegial model (X=3.71, S.D.=1.08), Cultural Model (X=3.51, S.D.=1.08) and Formal Model (X=3.41, S.D.=1.06). 2) The level order of priority need in adjusting a dual system school management were considered collegial model as the first level (PNI=0.37), formal model as second level (PNI=0.19), and political model as the third level (PNI=0.18). 3) the most appropriate dual system school management model for the Kingdom of Cambodia was developed as an integrated formal-collegial and cultural model (IFCC).
