Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมการนิเทศของผู้นิเทศตามการรับรู้ของครูโรงเรียนในเครือมูลนิธิคณะเซนต์คาเบรียลแห่งประเทศไทย 2) เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมการนิเทศของผู้นิเทศตามความคาดหวังของครูโรงเรียนในเครือมูลนิธิคณะเซนต์คาเบรียลแห่งประเทศไทย 3) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบพฤติกรรมการนิเทศของผู้นิเทศตามการรับรู้กับความคาดหวังของครูโรงเรียนในเครือมูลนิธิคณะเซนต์คาเบรียลแห่งประเทศไทย ซึ่งพฤติกรรมการนิเทศประกอบด้วย 1) พฤติกรรมการนิเทศแบบชี้นำควบคุม (Directive Control Behaviors) 2) พฤติกรรมการนิเทศแบบชี้นำให้ข้อมูล (Directive Informational Behaviors) 3) พฤติกรรมการนิเทศแบบร่วมมือ (Collaborative Behaviors) 4) พฤติกรรมการนิเทศแบบไม่ชี้นำ (Nondirective Behaviors) จากผลการวิจัยพบว่า พฤติกรรมการนิเทศที่รับรู้ว่าปฏิบัติสูงสุดคือ พฤติกรรมการนิเทศแบบไม่ชี้นำอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง รองลงมาคือ พฤติกรรมการนิเทศแบบร่วมมืออยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ส่วนพฤติกรรมการนิเทศที่รับรู้ว่าปฏิบัติต่ำสุดคือ พฤติกรรมการนิเทศแบบชี้นำควบคุมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ในขณะที่พฤติกรรมการนิเทศที่คาดหวังให้ปฏิบัติสูงสุดคือ พฤติกรรมการนิเทศแบบชี้นำให้ข้อมูลอยู่ในระดับมาก รองลงมาคือ พฤติกรรมการนิเทศแบบไม่ชี้นำอยู่ในระดับมาก ส่วนพฤติกรรมการนิเทศที่คาดหวังให้ปฏิบัติต่ำสุดคือ พฤติกรรมการนิเทศแบบชี้นำควบคุมและพฤติกรรมการนิเทศแบบร่วมมืออยู่ในระดับมาก ส่วนผลการเปรียบเทียบและจัดลำดับความสำคัญพฤติกรรมการนิเทศของผู้นิเทศตามการรับรู้กับความคาดหวัง พบว่า พฤติกรรมการนิเทศที่มีความสำคัญสูงสุดคือ พฤติกรรมการนิเทศแบบชี้นำให้ข้อมูล รองลงมาคือ พฤติกรรมการนิเทศแบบชี้นำควบคุม ในขณะที่พฤติกรรมการนิเทศที่มีความสำคัญต่ำสุดคือ พฤติกรรมการนิเทศแบบไม่ชี้นำ

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The aims of the research were to 1) study about supervisors’ supervisory behaviors as perceived by teachers in the schools of St. Gabriel’s Foundation of Thailand, 2) study about supervisors’ supervisory behaviors as expected by teachers in the schools of St. Gabriel’s Foundation of Thailand, and 3) compare the supervisors’ supervisory behaviors perceptions of the teachers with their expectations. The studied supervisory behaviors included 1) Directive Control Behaviors, 2) Directive Informational Behaviors, 3) Collaborative Behaviors, and 4) Nondirective Behaviors. The results showed that the highest perceived supervisory behaviors were Nondirective Behaviors, at a medium level, followed by Collaborative Behaviors, at a medium level, whereas Directive Control Behaviors were the lowest ones, at a medium level. The highest expected supervisory behaviors were Directive Informational Behaviors, at a high level, followed by Nondirective Behaviors, at a high level, whereas Directive Control Behaviors and Collaborative Behaviors were the lowest ones, at high levels. As for the comparison results and prioritizing the supervisors’ supervisory behaviors as perceived and expected by teachers, the most important behaviors were Directive Informational Behaviors followed by Directive Control Behaviors, while the least important behaviors were Nondirective Behaviors.
