Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาความคิดเห็นของผู้ปกครองเกี่ยวกับบทบาทครูในการจัดการศึกษาปฐมวัย 3 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านการอบรมเลี้ยงดู ด้านการส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้และพัฒนาการ และด้านการสร้างความสัมพันธ์กับผู้ปกครอง 2) เพื่อศึกษาความคิดเห็นของครูอนุบาลเกี่ยวกับบทบาทครูในการจัดการศึกษาปฐมวัย 3 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านการอบรมเลี้ยงดู ด้านการส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้และพัฒนาการ และด้านการสร้างความสัมพันธ์กับผู้ปกครอง ตัวอย่างประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ผู้ปกครองและครูอนุบาล จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 396 คน จากโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามและแบบสัมภาษณ์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์แจกแจงความถี่ หาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ผู้ปกครองและครูอนุบาลมีความคิดเห็นสอดคล้องกัน โดยมีความคิดเห็นว่าครูชายและครูหญิงมีการปฏิบัติหรือมีพฤติกรรมในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุดในด้านการอบรมเลี้ยงดู รองลงมา คือ ด้านการส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้และพัฒนาการ และด้านการสร้างความสัมพันธ์กับผู้ปกครอง ตามลำดับ เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า 1. ด้านการอบรมเลี้ยงดู ผู้ปกครองและครูอนุบาลมีความคิดเห็นสอดคล้องกัน คือ ครูชายมีการปฏิบัติหรือมีพฤติกรรมอยู่ในระดับมาก และครูหญิงมีการปฏิบัติหรือมีพฤติกรรมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 2. ด้านการส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้และพัฒนาการ ผู้ปกครองและครูอนุบาลมีความคิดเห็นสอดคล้องกัน คือ ครูชายและครูหญิงมีการปฏิบัติหรือมีพฤติกรรมอยู่ในระดับมาก 3. ด้านการสร้างความสัมพันธ์กับผู้ปกครอง ผู้ปกครองและครูอนุบาลมีความคิดเห็นสอดคล้องกัน คือ ครูชายและครูหญิงมีการปฏิบัติหรือมีพฤติกรรมอยู่ในระดับมาก

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The objective of this research were 1) to study of parents' opinions concerning early childhood teacher's roles in 3 aspects, which were child rearing, enhancing child learning and development, and fostering relationship with parents 2) to study of early childhood teachers' opinions concerning early childhood teacher's roles in 3 aspects, which were child rearing, enhancing child learning and development, and fostering relationship with parents. The samples were 396 people including parents and early childhood teachers in schools under the Office of the Basic Education Commission. Research instruments were questionnaire and interviewing forms. The data was analyzed by frequency, percentage, standard deviation and content analysis. The research findings were as follow: The opinions of parents and early childhood teachers concerning male and female teachers' performance rated at were in high levels. The highest scores were child rearing aspect, enhancing the child learning and development aspect and fostering relationship with parents aspect. Details were as followed; 1. Child rearing: The parents and the early childhood teachers rated the male teacher performance at a high level and rated the female teacher performance at a highest level. 2. Enhancing child learning and development: The parents and the early childhood teachers rated the male teacher performance at a high level and rated the female teacher performance at a high level. 3. Fostering relationship with parents: The parents and the early childhood teachers rated the male teacher performance at a high level and rated the female teacher performance at a high level.
