Abstract

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เพื่อพัฒนากระบวนการพัฒนาครูผู้ดูแลเด็กตามแนวคิดชุมชนแห่งการปฏิบัติเพื่อเสริมสร้างความสามารถในดูแลเด็กปฐมวัย 2) เพื่อศึกษาผลการเปลี่ยนแปลงความสามารถในการดูแลเด็กปฐมวัยของครูผู้ดูแลเด็กที่เข้าร่วมกระบวนการที่ผู้วิจัยพัฒนาขึ้น ผู้เข้าร่วมการวิจัย ได้แก่ ครูผู้ดูแลเด็กในศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กขององค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น จำนวน 13 คน การวิจัยนี้เป็นงานวิจัยปฏิบัติการแบบมีส่วนร่วมแบ่งการดำเนินการเป็น 2 ระยะคือ ระยะที่ 1 การเตรียมการก่อนลงภาคสนาม และระยะที่ 2 การดำเนินการในภาคสนามเป็นการนำกระบวนการฯ ที่พัฒนาขึ้นไปใช้กับครูผู้ดูแลเด็กที่ร่วมวิจัยเพื่อเก็บรวมรวมข้อมูลมาพัฒนากระบวนการให้เหมาะสมและสอดคล้องกับบริบทการทำงานของครูผู้ดูแลเด็กผลการวิจัยมีดังนี้กระบวนการพัฒนาครูผู้ดูแลเด็กตามแนวคิดชุมชนแห่งการปฏิบัติเพื่อเสริมสร้างความสามารถในการดูแลเด็กปฐมวัย เป็นกระบวนการที่ดำเนินการอย่างเป็นระบบและต่อเนื่องของกลุ่มครูผู้ดูแลเด็กที่มีปัญหาหรือความสนใจร่วมกันเกี่ยวกับการดูแลเด็กปฐมวัย โดยการดำเนินการมี 3 ระยะ แต่ละระยะมีขั้นตอนหลัก ดังนี้ ระยะที่ 1 การก่อตั้งชุมชน ประกอบด้วย 1) ศึกษาบริบทการทำงานของสมาชิกในกลุ่ม 2) เสริมสร้างความสัมพันธ์ 3) สำรวจและวิเคราะห์ศักยภาพของกลุ่ม 4) การประสานความร่วมมือกับผู้สนับสนุน ระยะที่ 2 การพัฒนาชุมชน ประกอบ 1) การวางแผนการปฏิบัติการ 2) การปฏิบัติการแบบมีส่วนร่วม 3) การแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ร่วมกัน และ 4) การประสานความร่วมมือกับผู้สนับสนุน และระยะที่ 3 การสร้างความยั่งยืน ประกอบด้วย 1) การถอดประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้ 2) การติดตามผลการเรียนรู้กระบวนการพัฒนาครูผู้ดูแลเด็กตามแนวคิดชุมชนแห่งการปฏิบัติ มีผลต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงความสามารถของครูผู้ดูแลเด็กร่วมวิจัย กล่าวคือครูผู้ดูแลเด็กทั้ง 13 คน มีความสามารถด้านการสร้างความสัมพันธ์กับเด็กและด้านการจัดสภาพแวดล้อมสูงขึ้น ส่วนความสามารถด้านการสร้างความสัมพันธ์กับผู้ปกครองและด้านการจัดการเรียนรู้ที่ส่งเสริมพัฒนาการมีครูที่มีพัฒนาการขึ้น จำนวน 11 คน และความสามารถด้านการประเมินพัฒนาการมีครูผู้ดูแลเด็กที่มีพัฒนาการขึ้นจำนวน 12 คน

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The purposes of this study were to 1) develop a process to enhance caregivers’ preschool child-rearing ability based on communities of practice approach 2) study the effects of the changes in preschool child-rearing of the caregivers participating in the process developed by the researcher. The research participants were 13 caregivers working in childcare centers supervised by the local government authorities. The study design was participatory action research. The research was divided into 2 phases: Phase 1 was the preparatory process before the field study, in which the process was developed and the context of each caregiver’s work was analyzed. Phase 2 was the field study, in which the process developed by the researcher was applied to the work of the caregivers to collect data to improve the process to fit the context of each caregiver’s work better. The results were as follows:The process to enhance caregivers’ preschool child-rearing ability basedon communities of practice approach consists of three stages: Stage 1 Establishment of community: 1) Studying the community 2) Reinforcing group relationship and empowerment 3) Surveying and analyzing group potential; Stage 2 Development of community: 1) Planning participatory operation 2) Conducting participatory operation 3) Summarizing the experience of the operation; and 4) Reaching out to form networks; Stage 3 Maintaining sustainability: 1) Summarizing the experience following the operation 2) Following up on the learning. 2. The developmental process of caregivers who rearing child according to the urban trend of thought has considerable influence on the capabilities of the caregivers who look after child in the research, which is that all 13 caregivers who look after children are able to build relationships with the parents, and in the area of educational engagement that fosters development, there were improvements in 11 more caregivers. And as or the ability in developmental evaluation, there were 12 caregivers who showed improvement.
