Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพการดำเนินงานวิชาการ และปัญหาการดำเนินงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนจุฬาภรณราชวิทยาลัย ตรัง กรอบการวิจัยใช้ขอบข่ายและภารกิจการดำเนินงานวิชาการของโรงเรียน โดยใช้ระเบียบวิธีการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพในรูปแบบกรณีศึกษา เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ แบบสัมภาษณ์กึ่งโครงสร้าง แบบการวิเคราะห์เอกสาร และแบบการสังเกต ประชากรคือ ผู้บริหารงานวิชาการ จำนวน 30 คน และกลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ ครูผู้สอน จำนวน 18 คน ผลการวิจัยพบว่าโรงเรียนกำหนดขอบข่ายและภารกิจการดำเนินงานวิชาการ โดยแบ่งเป็น 3 กลุ่มงาน ได้แก่ 1)กลุ่มงานวิชาการ ประกอบด้วย งานพัฒนาหลักสูตร งานพัฒนาระบบเรียนรู้ งานทะเบียนวัดผล งานวัดผล ประเมินผลและเทียบโอน งานรับนักเรียน งานพัฒนาแหล่งเรียนรู้ งานวิจัยเพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษา งานพัฒนาส่งเสริมความรู้ทางวิชาการแก่ชุมชน งานห้องสมุด งานศูนย์คอมพิวเตอร์ งานแนะแนวการศึกษา งานห้องเรียนพิเศษวิทยาศาสตร์ งานกิจกรรมพัฒนาผู้เรียนห้องเรียนพิเศษวิทยาศาสตร์ งานส่งเสริมโครงงาน งานกิจกรรมพัฒนาผู้เรียน งานกิจกรรมนักศึกษาวิชาทหาร งานนิเทศการศึกษา และงานสารสนเทศวิชาการ 2)กลุ่มงานประกันคุณภาพการศึกษา ประกอบด้วย งานประกันคุณภาพการศึกษา 3)กลุ่มงานวิเทศสัมพันธ์ ประกอบด้วย งานวิเทศสัมพันธ์ ปัญหาที่ประสบได้แก่ 1)ครูผู้สอนยังขาดความรู้ความเข้าใจในการแปลงหลักสูตรไปสู่การสอน 2)จำนวนคาบการสอนไม่สอดคล้องกับปริมาณเนื้อหาสาระตามมาตรฐานการเรียนรู้ที่กำหนด 3)ครูผู้สอนเกษียณอายุราชการก่อนกำหนดและการคัดเลือกครูใหม่ที่มีคุณสมบัติที่เหมาะสมไม่ได้ 4)ระบบเชื่อมต่ออินเทอร์เน็ตขัดข้องบ่อยๆส่งผลกระทบต่อการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนที่ต้องใช้สื่ออินเทอร์เน็ต

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The objective of the study was to find out the states and problems of the operation of academic tasks of regional science school, Princess Chulabhorn’s college, Trang. The research aspects in the case study used the operation of academic tasks of Princess Chulabhorn’s college, Trang. The research instruments used were semi-structured interview forms, document review forms and observation forms. The population and the sample of this study were 30 academic administrators and 18 teachers respectively. The results showed that the school divided the operation of academic tasks into 3 sections: 1) academic section consisting of curriculum development, learning system development, measurement registration, evaluation assessment and transfer, student admission, learning resources development, research and development, academic development for the community, academic resources, computer center, counseling service, enrichment science classroom, learner activities for enrichment science classroom, learner activities, project support, army reserve force students activity, educational supervision and academic Information. 2) educational quality assurance section consisting of educational quality assurance. 3) international affairs section consisting of international affairs. The problems were as followings: 1) Teachers were lack of understanding how to transfer curriculum into instruction. 2) The amount of instruction periods were inconsistent with the content determined in standards of learning. 3) Teachers were early retirement and there was no qualified new teachers to be recruited. 4) Internet connection failure affected to teaching and learning activities which used the Internet.
