Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อนำเสนอระบบการแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้บนเว็บล็อกด้วยวิธีการสืบสอบแบบชื่นชมเพื่อสร้างความสามารถในการเรียนรู้เป็นทีมของบุคลากรสาธารณสุข กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ศึกษาความคิดเห็น และความต้องการเกี่ยวกับการแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้บนเว็บล็อก เป็นบุคลากรสาธารณสุข กระทรวงสาธารณสุข จำนวน 377 คน และที่เป็นชุมชนนักปฏิบัติทดลองใช้รูปแบบ เป็นบุคลากรสังกัดกรมสนับสนุนบริการสุขภาพ จำนวน 27 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ แบบสอบถามความคิดเห็น แบบสังเกตพฤติกรรมการแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้บนเว็บล็อก และแบบประเมินความสามารถในการเรียนรู้เป็นทีม สถิติที่ใช้ ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่าที ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ระบบการแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้บนเว็บล็อกด้วยวิธีการสืบสอบแบบชื่นชมมี 4 องค์ประกอบ คือ 1) คน ประกอบด้วย คณะทำงานจัดการความรู้ และชุมชนนักปฏิบัติ ที่มีคุณอำนวยกระตุ้นและสร้าง บรรยากาศของความชื่นชมและการคิดเชิงบวก 2) ความรู้ ได้แก่ ทักษะวิธีการปฏิบัติงานที่เป็นประสบการณ์ตรงของกลุ่มที่ต้องการแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ 3) เทคโนโลยี คือ เว็บล็อก และ 4) แรงจูงใจ จากคณะทำงานจัดการความรู้และจากสมาชิกกลุ่มชุมชนนักปฏิบัติ 2. ขั้นตอนการแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ ประกอบด้วย 7 ขั้นตอนคือ 1) ขั้นสร้างกลุ่มสัมพันธ์ร่วมคิดด้วยกัน 2) ขั้นกำหนดความรู้มุ่งสู่เป้าหมาย ด้วยการเล่าเรื่องการแก้ปัญหาการทำงาน 3) ขั้นออกแบบพัฒนาแสวงหาความรู้ด้วยกลยุทธ์เพื่อให้กลุ่มบรรลุเป้าหมายและวิสัยทัศน์ 4) ขั้นแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ บนพื้นที่จริงและเสมือนผ่านเว็บล็อก 5) ขั้นสร้างแรงจูงใจ ผ่านช่องทางสื่อสาร 6) ขั้นประมวลกลั่นกรองและทดลองนำไปใช้ และ7) ขั้นประเมินผลงานของกลุ่ม 3. กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีคะแนนการประเมินความสามารถในการเรียนรู้เป็นทีม หลังการทำกิจกรรมแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้สูงกว่าก่อนการทำกิจกรรมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ ระดับ .05

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The purpose of this research was to propose knowledge sharing system on weblog with appreciative inquiry method to develop team learning ability of healthcare personnel. The participant of the survey study were 377 public health staff of Ministry of Public Health and 27 staff in the Department of Health Service Support were members of CoP used in system implementation. The research instruments were a weblog based knowledge sharing model questionnaire, a behavior observation form and a team learning ability evaluation form. The data were analyzed by percentage, mean, standard deviation, and t-test. The research results indicated that: 1. The four components of knowledge sharing system on weblog were 1) people: including knowledge management team and community of practice with a knowledge facilitator to encourage and create appreciative atmosphere and positive thinking, 2) knowledge relate to tacit work skills and practices of group members that each group needs to share, 3) technology : via weblog, and, 4) motivation from knowledge management team and CoP members. 2. The seven steps of knowledge sharing system on weblog model were: 1) creation of a learning relationship between members, 2)gathering knowledge towards goals using storytelling, 3)design development and knowledge acquisition with strategies for reaching goals and visions, 4) sharing knowledge via weblog and face to face environment, 5) motivation through social media, 6) refinement of codification and knowledge application, and 7) evaluation of group outputs. 3. The samples self – posttest team learning scores gained from the knowledge sharing via network model were significantly higher than pretest team learning scores at the .05 level.
