Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงทดลองและเชิงคุณภาพ เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการเสริมสร้างพฤติกรรมการเอื้ออาทรต่อผู้ป่วยในการทดลองต้องการเปรียบเทียบพฤติกรรมการเอื้ออาทรต่อผู้ป่วยของนักศึกษากลุ่มทดลองและกลุ่มควบคุมศึกษาพฤติกรรมการเอื้ออาทรต่อผู้ป่วยและการแสดงพฤติกรรมการเอื้ออาทรต่อผู้ป่วย กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนักศึกษาพยาบาลศาสตร์ชั้นปีที่ 2 จำนวน 60 คน สุ่มตัวอย่างแบบง่ายและจับคู่กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่มีผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนระดับเดียวกันในกลุ่มทดลอง 30 คน กลุ่มควบคุม 30 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบวัดพฤติกรรมการเอื้ออาทรต่อผู้ป่วย แบบสังเกตพฤติกรรมการเอื้ออาทรและแบบสัมภาษณ์ผู้ป่วยได้รับการตรวจหาความตรงและความเที่ยง ส่วนวิธีการสอนที่ใช้ ได้แก่การกระจ่างค่านิยม การสาธิต การแสดงบทบาทสมมติ การอภิปรายกลุ่มย่อย กรณีศึกษาและการประชุมปรึกษาทางคลินิก ซึ่งบูรณาการวิธีสอนทุกวิธีในการสอนวิชาการพยาบาลสุขภาพจิตและการพยาบาลจิตเวช 1 โดยยึดหลักพฤติกรรมการเอื้ออาทรต่อผู้ป่วยในการปฏิบัติการพยาบาล ทั้งภาคทฤษฎีและการปฏิบัติ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการทดสอบค่าที และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาและจำแนกประเภท ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ ดังนี้ 1. การสอนภาคทฤษฎี พบว่า คะแนนเฉลี่ยพฤติกรรมการเอื้ออาทรต่อผู้ป่วยภายหลังสอนของนักศึกษากลุ่มทดลองและกลุ่มควบคุม แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 2. การสอนภาคปฏิบัติ พบว่า คะแนนเฉลี่ยพฤติกรรมการเอื้ออาทรต่อผู้ป่วยภายหลังสอนของนักศึกษากลุ่มทดลองและกลุ่มควบคุมไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 3. คะแนนเฉลี่ยพฤติกรรมการเอื้ออาทรต่อผู้ป่วยของนักศึกษากลุ่มทดลอง ก่อนและหลังสอนภาคทฤษฎีแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ และคะแนนเฉลี่ยพฤติกรรมการเอื้ออาทรต่อผู้ป่วยก่อนและหลังสอนภาคปฏิบัติ แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ส่วนกลุ่มควบคุมคะแนนเฉลี่ยพฤติกรรมการเอื้ออาทรต่อผู้ป่วยก่อนและกลังทดลองไม่แตกต่างกันนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The purposes of this research were to development of a caring behavior model for nursing students, to compare caring behavior, to study caring behavior of nursing students. Two groups of students, 30 each were randomly assigned to the experimental and control group which were controlled by the matched-pair strategy, based on their GPA. The experimental group was provided the integrated instruction model for promoting caring behavior in both theory and practice while control group received the actual teaching style. Teaching behavior methods included value clarification, role play, group discussion, demonstration, clinical conference and case presentation. The caring behavior measurement was collected from each group 3 times: before teaching, after teaching theory and after teaching practice. The data were analyzed by t-test. Caring behavior was observed and recorded by researcher during the student practice. Content analysis and typology were used. Major results of this study were the following. 1. Statistical differences at the .05 level were found between experiment group and control group after teaching between experimental group and control group 2. There were no statistical differences found between experimental group and control group after practice test 3. Statistical differences at the .05 level were found between the experiment group before teaching theory and after teaching theory and before teaching practice and after teaching practice. No statistical differences were found between the pre-test and post-test of control group
