Abstract

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของการบริหาร โครงการจัดการเรียนการสอนตามหลักสูตรกระทรวงศึกษาธิการเป็นภาษาอังกฤษของโรงเรียนในกรุงเทพมหานคร 2) ศึกษาระบบบริหารโครงการจัดการเรียนการสอนตามหลักสูตรกระทรวงศึกษาธิการเป็นภาษาอังกฤษของโรงเรียน ที่มีระดับคุณภาพดีในกรุงเทพมหานคร 3) พัฒนาระบบบริหารโครงการจัดการเรียนการสอนตามหลักสูตรกระทรวงศึกษาธิการเป็นภาษาอังกฤษของโรงเรียนในกรุงเทพมหานคร เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์เอกสาร การใช้แบบสอบถาม และแบบสัมภาษณ์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการใช้สถิติบรรยาย ผลการวิจัยพบว่า สภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของการบริหารโครงการจัดการเรียนการสอนตามหลักสูตรกระทรวงศึกษาธิการเป็นภาษาอังกฤษ ของโรงเรียนในกรุงเทพมหานคร พบว่าผู้บริหาร ครู นักเรียนและผู้ปกครองของนักเรียนในโครงการ มีสภาพที่พึงประสงค์เรียงลำดับจากค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุดไปต่ำสุด ได้แก่ ผลผลิต ปัจจัยนำเข้า สภาพแวดล้อมและกระบวนการการบริหาร (X-bar = 4.49 ,4.35 ,4.33 ,4.31 ตามลำดับ) มีสภาพปัจจุบันเรียงลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุดไปต่ำสุด ได้แก่ ผลผลิต สภาพแวดล้อม ปัจจัยนำเข้า และกระบวนการการบริหาร (X-bar = 4.02 ,3.99 ,3.93 ,3.88 ตามลำดับ) และมีลำดับความต้องการจำเป็นด้านผลผลิตเป็นอันดับแรก (PNI = 0.1169) 2. ระบบบริหารโครงการจัดการเรียนการสอนตามหลักสูตรกระทรวงศึกษาธิการเป็นภาษาอังกฤษ ของโรงเรียนที่มีระดับคุณภาพดีในกรุงเทพมหานคร เมื่อพิจารณาจากลำดับความต้องการจำเป็นด้านผลผลิตเป็นอันดับแรก พบว่าด้านคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของผู้เรียน โรงเรียนมีการจัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการเรียนการสอน การจัดการเรียนรู้และการประเมินผลเป็นรูปแบบที่หลากหลาย และนโยบายเป็นไปตามที่กระทรวงศึกษาธิการกำหนด 3. การพัฒนาระบบบริหารโครงการจัดการเรียนการสอนตามหลักสูตรกระทรวงศึกษาธิการเป็นภาษาอังกฤษของโรงเรียนในกรุงเทพมหานคร เมื่อพิจารณาจากลำดับความต้องการจำเป็นด้านผลผลิตเป็นอันดับแรก พบว่าด้านคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของผู้เรียน ควรเพิ่มสุขลักษณะนิสัยที่ดี การออกกำลังกาย ปลอดสิ่งเสพติด จิตสาธารณะ จิตอาสาและจิตสำนึกการอนุรักษ์ธรรมชาติ นอกจากนี้โรงเรียนควรบริหารโครงการโดยผู้ดูแลโครงการ และมีการแยกส่วนการบริหารงานที่ชัดเจน รวมทั้งแยกการประกันคุณภาพกับภาคปกติ

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

To 1) study the present state and desirable state of administration for the English program of schools in Bangkok Metropolis 2) study an administrative system for the English program of high-quality schools in Bangkok Metropolis 3) develop an administrative system for the English program of schools in Bangkok Metropolis. Data research instruments comprised document analysis, questionnaires, and interviews. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics. The research findings were as follows : The present state and desirable state of administration for the English program of schools in Bangkok Metropolis turned out that the majority of school administrators | teachers | students and parents ranked the desirable state from the highest to the lowest mean as follows: output input environment and process management (X-bar = 4.49, 4.35 ,4.33 ,4.31 respectively). The present state could be ranked from the highest to the lowest mean as follows: output environment input and process management (X-bar = 4.02 ,3.99 ,3.93 ,3.88 respectively). The first Priority Needs Index fell on input (PNI=0.1169). 2. An administrative system for the English program of high-quality schools in Bangkok Metropolis, in accordance with the first Priority Needs Index of input it was found that the desirable characteristics of school had to promote learning, various models of knowledge management as well as policy had the following process of Ministry of Education. 3.To develop an administrative system for the English program of schools in Bangkok Metropolis, in accordance with the first Priority Needs Index of input it was found that the desirable characteristics of school were supposed to cover hygiene habits, exercise, non-narcotic, public mind, volunteering and awareness of nature conservation. In addition | as the administration for the English program was managed by the English program managers, It should have a separate system of management and quality assessment.
