Abstract

งานวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาสภาพการวิจัยของอาจารย์มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏ พัฒนารูปแบบการสร้างพลังอำนาจเพื่อเสริมสร้างศักยภาพในการทำวิจัยของอาจารย์มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏ และติดตามผลการใช้รูปแบบการสร้างพลังอำนาจของอาจารย์ การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยและพัฒนา โดยวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบจากการศึกษาสภาพการวิจัยเพื่อนำมาพัฒนารูปแบบการสร้างพลังอำนาจ และนำไปใช้กับกลุ่มตัวอย่าง อาจารย์มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏราชนครินทร์ จำนวน 20 คน การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลและสถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ค่าเฉลี่ย ร้อยละ และการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบ (factor analysis) ดังรายละเอียดต่อไปนี้1.ผลการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบจากสภาพการวิจัยของอาจารย์มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏ พบว่า มี 7 องค์ประกอบ คือ 1) การสนับสนุนและส่งเสริมการวิจัยด้านปัจจัยและเครื่องอำนวยความสะดวก 2) ความต้องการทำวิจัย 3) ปัญหาด้านความรู้และทักษะการทำวิจัย 4) การสนับสนุนด้านนโยบาย ระเบียบข้อบังคับ 5) ความไร้พลังการทำวิจัย 6) การทำวิจัยเป็นหน้าที่ 7) การสนับสนุนทรัพยากร2. รูปแบบการสร้างพลังอำนาจเพื่อเสริมสร้างศักยภาพในการทำวิจัยของอาจารย์มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏ เป็นรูปแบบเชิงข้อความ ใช้เทคนิควิธีการอบรมและปฏิบัติการ มีที่ปรึกษาโครงการและติดตามผลการดำเนินงานเป็นระยะ โครงสร้างเนื้อหาประกอบด้วยการสร้างพลังอำนาจโดยองค์กร การสร้างพลังอำนาจในตนเอง และการพัฒนาศักยภาพการทำวิจัย ประเมินผลจากโครงการวิจัย 3. การติดตามผลการใช้รูปแบบพบว่าอาจารย์มีพลังอำนาจและศักยภาพในการทำวิจัยเพิ่มขึ้น และทำโครงการวิจัยสำเร็จร้อยละ 55 เป็นโครงการที่มีคุณค่าควรแก่การทำวิจัยอยู่ในระดับดี

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The purposes of this research study were to study the current state of research studies conducted by Rajabhat University faculty members, to develop an empowerment model to enhance their research potential, and to follow-up study the employment of the empowerment model. This study was a research and development by factorizing different states of research studies from various universities to form and develop an empowerment model. It was then implemented with a group of 20 Rajabhat Rajanagarindra University instructors as samples. Data were analyzed my means of means, percentages and factor analysis. The findings were as follows: 1. The factor analysis of the current state of research studies carried out by Rajabhat University faculty members revealed 7 factors. They were 1) research supports and promotion in terms of budget and facilities; 2) desire to conduct research studies; 3) problems in research knowledge and skills; 4) supports in terms of policy and regulations; 5) lack of power to conduct a research study; 6) conducting a research study as being one of their duties; and 7) supports for resources. 2. The developed model was a semantic model using training and implementing techniques, and having research consultants to follow-up the research progress intervally. The structure consisted of empowerment from the organization, self-empowerment as well as research and evaluation potential development from a research project. 3. The follow-up study of the employment of the empowerment model showed that the research power and potential of the faculty members were increased and 55% of them could finish their research projects which had been evaluated as “good" and “worthwhile".
