Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษารูปแบบการดำเนินงานสหกิจศึกษา และกระบวนการมีส่วนร่วมของทุกฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการดำเนินงานสหกิจศึกษาของคณะครุศาสตร์อุตสาหกรรม 2) วิเคราะห์ความสอดคล้องระหว่างการดำเนินงานสหกิจศึกษาของคณะครุศาสตร์อุตสาหกรรมกับมาตรฐานและการประกันคุณภาพการดำเนินงานสหกิจศึกษาของสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอุดมศึกษาและสมาคมสหกิจศึกษาไทย 3) ศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งเสริมและปัจจัยที่ฉุดรั้งการดำเนินงานสหกิจศึกษาของคณะครุศาสตร์อุตสาหกรรม และ 4) ศึกษาสมรรถนะของนักศึกษาคณะครุศาสตร์อุตสาหกรรมที่ผ่านการเรียนรายวิชาสหกิจศึกษา โดยใช้วิธีวิทยาการวิจัยแบบผสมที่ใช้การออกแบบการวิจัยแบบฝังตรึงที่เน้นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. รูปแบบการดำเนินงานสหกิจศึกษาของคณะครุศาสตร์อุตสาหกรรมเป็นรูปแบบที่มีความใกล้เคียงกับการดำเนินงานสหกิจศึกษาของสถาบันอุดมศึกษาแห่งอื่น ๆ แต่ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอนรายวิชาสหกิจศึกษาในขั้นตอนการคัดเลือกสถานประกอบการและลักษณะงานพบว่า คณะครุศาสตร์อุตสาหกรรมมีรูปแบบการดำเนินงานที่มีความแตกต่าง และการดำเนินงานสหกิจศึกษาของคณะครุศาสตร์อุตสาหกรรมเป็นการดำเนินงานร่วมกันของทุกฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้องได้แก่ สำนักสหกิจศึกษาของมหาวิทยาลัย ผู้บริหารคณาจารย์ งานสหกิจศึกษาและนักศึกษาคณะครุศาสตร์อุตสาหกรรม และสถานประกอบการที่รับนักศึกษาเข้าปฏิบัติงานสหกิจศึกษา 2. การดำเนินงานสหกิจศึกษาของคณะครุศาสตร์อุตสาหกรรมมีความสอดคล้องกับมาตรฐานและการประกันคุณภาพการดำเนินสหกิจศึกษาในด้านมาตรฐานการศึกษาและหลักสูตรส่วนมาตรฐานการเรียนการสอน มาตรฐานการนิเทศมาตรฐานนักศึกษาและมาตรฐานการวัดและประเมินผล มีความสอดคล้องเพียงบางส่วน 3. ปัจจัยที่ส่งเสริมการดำเนินงานสหกิจศึกษาได้แก่ นโยบายสนับสนุนของมหาวิทยาลัย วิสัยทัศน์ของผู้บริหารระดับสูง การจัดตั้งหน่วยงานรับผิดชอบการดำเนินงานสหกิจศึกษาของคณะครุศาสตร์อุตสาหกรรม การพัฒนาหลักสูตรเพื่อรองรับรายวิชาสหกิจศึกษา ส่วนปัจจัยที่ฉุดรั้งการดำเนินงานสหกิจศึกษาได้แก่ เอกสารและแบบฟอร์มต่างๆ มีจำนวนมาก การไม่มีทำเนียบสถานประกอบการ อาจารย์นิเทศงานสหกิจศึกษามีจำนวนน้อย ความไม่เข้าใจในการจัดการศึกษารูปแบบสหกิจศึกษาของสถานประกอบการและการจ่ายค่าตอบแทนนักศึกษา 4. ภายหลังจากการเรียนรายวิชาสหกิจศึกษาพบว่า นักศึกษาคณะครุศาสตร์อุตสาหกรรมมีสมรรถนะด้านความรู้และด้านทักษะการปฏิบัติงานด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศอยู่ในระดับพอใช้ ส่วนด้านทักษะพื้นฐานในการปฏิบัติงาน และด้านคุณลักษณะส่วนบุคคลอยู่ในระดับดี โดยผลการประเมินสมรรถนะนักศึกษาจากผู้ที่มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องทั้ง 3 ฝ่าย โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับดี

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The purposes of this study were 1) to study the operational model of cooperative education and participation of all involved units in the faculty of technical education 2) to analyze accordance between the operations of cooperative education in the faculty of technical education and standards with quality assurance of the cooperative education operation from office of the higher education commission and Thai association for cooperative education 3) to study the supportive and non-supportive factors of cooperative education in the faculty of technical education 4) to study the competency of students who studied the cooperative education course by using mix method research with fix research design focused on quality research. The conclusions of this research indicated that: 1. Operational of cooperative education in faculty of technical education has the patterns that are very similar with operational of cooperative education in other universities. However, teaching and instructional system of cooperative education is different. This system is a joint work from 6 involving units including: dean, lecturers, the office of cooperative education in the university and faculty of technical education, students and company. 2. Operational of cooperative education in faculty of technical education are mostly in accordance with standards and quality assurance of the cooperative education operational in the aspect of educational and curriculum standard. In contrast, it is inconsonant in term of teaching and learning standards, standard demonstration, students standards and measurement and evaluation standards. 3. Factors that support the operational of cooperative education are supporting policies of the university vision of president, formation of the operational office in faculty of technical education, curriculum improvement in order to support cooperative education course, and the non-supportive factors including a lot of documents and forms, list of work places and lecturers are not enough, less supervision, misunderstanding of the company about the patterns of cooperative education and students payment. 4. After graduate the cooperative education course, the competency of student in the term of knowledge and information technology skills are fair level. However, the basic skills for working and personal characteristics are rated at a good level. Finally, the total competency of students from three involving sectors is evaluated al good level.
