Abstract

วัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบความต้องการผู้นำนันทนาการลีลาศของผู้สูงอายุในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร วิธีดำเนินการวิจัย กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ คือผู้สูงอายุที่มีอายุ 60 ขึ้นไป ที่เข้าร่วมนันทนาการลีลาศในกรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 400 คน ที่มาเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมนันทนาการลีลาศในชมรมลีลาศ โรงแรมที่จัดนันทนาการลีลาศ ร้านอาหารที่จัดนันทนาการลีลาศ โรงเรียนสอนลีลาศ และศูนย์เยาวชน กทม. ที่จัดนันทนาการลีลาศ ด้วยวิธีการเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบหลายขั้นตอน โดยใช้แบบสอบถามที่มีความตรงเชิงเนื้อหา เท่ากับ 0.80 และมีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์ความเชื่อมั่นของแบบสอบถาม เท่ากับ 0.91 นำข้อมูลที่ได้มาวิเคราะห์หาค่าความถี่ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ใช้สถิติทดสอบความแตกต่างค่าที (t-test) และวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนแบบทางเดียว (one-way analysis of variances) และทดสอบความแตกต่างเป็นรายคู่โดยวิธีของเชฟเฟ่ ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) ความต้องการผู้นำนันทนาการลีลาศของผู้สูงอายุในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร โดยรวมทุกด้าน มีความต้องการอยู่ในระดับมาก (x¯= 4.37, S.D. = 0.37) พิจารณารายด้านได้ดังนี้ ด้านความเป็นผู้นำ โดยรวม มีความต้องการอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ( x¯= 4.52, S.D. = 0.55) ด้านความรู้ อยู่ในระดับมาก ( x¯= 4.25, S.D. = 0.63) ด้านบุคลิกภาพและมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ อยู่ในระดับมาก ( x¯= 4.21, S.D. = 0.49) ด้านคุณธรรมจริยธรรม อยู่ในระดับมาก ( x¯= 4.42, S.D. = 0.62) ด้านบริหารจัดการ อยู่ในระดับมาก ( x¯= 4.43, S.D. = 0.53) 2) เมื่อเปรียบเทียบความต้องการผู้นำนันทนาการลีลาศของผู้สูงอายุเพศชายกับเพศหญิงในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร พบว่าไม่แตกต่างกันทุกด้าน 3) เมื่อเปรียบเทียบความต้องการผู้นำนันทนาการลีลาศของผู้สูงอายุในเขตกรุงเทพมหานครจำแนกตามระดับการศึกษา พบว่า แตกต่างกันทุกด้าน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 4) เมื่อเปรียบเทียบความต้องการผู้นำนันทนาการลีลาศของผู้สูงอายุในเขตกรุงเทพมหานครจำแนกตามรายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือน พบว่า แตกต่างกันทุกด้าน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 สรุปผลงานวิจัย ความต้องการผู้นำนันทนาการลีลาศของผู้สูงอายุในเขตกรุงเทพมหานครโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และพบว่าเพศต่างกันมีความต้องการไม่แตกต่างกัน ระดับการศึกษาและรายได้ต่อการเลี้ยงชีพต่างกันมีความต้องการแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

This research was created with the purpose of studying and comparing the needs of recreational dance leaders for aging people in Bangkok Metropolis, classified by gender, education and revenue. The sampling method was multi-stage Sampling, consisted of 400 aging people who have been participated in recreational events in Bangkok. The research adopted the questionnaire as the main research method for the data collection with IOC of 0.80 and coefficient alpha equal to 0.91, therefore, the data analysis was obtained from percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, one-way analysis of variances, and paring comparison by Scheffe’s method. The results were as follows; 1) The needs of recreational dance leaders for aging people in Bangkok Metropolis were highest in terms of leadership while the needs of knowledge, personality and interpersonal skills, ethics, management, and overall qualities were at high level. 2) The comparison of gender between male and female aging people’s needs for recreational dance leaders yielded no difference in all characteristics with statistically significant at 0.05. 3) The comparison of the needs of recreational dance leaders for aging people through various education levels submitted difference in all characteristics with statistically significant at 0.05. 4) The comparison of the needs of recreational dance leaders for aging people through income levels yielded difference in all characteristics with statistically significant at 0.05. In conclusion, this research represented the needs of recreational dance leaders for aging people in Bangkok metropolis were high, although, genders had no different needs. However, education and income yielded difference in all characteristics with statistically significant at 0.05.
