Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อทราบปัญหาการจัดการสโมสรวอลเลย์บอลในประเทศไทยโดยแนวคิด TQM และเปรียบเทียบระดับการรับรู้ปัญหาการจัดการสโมสรกีฬาวอลเลย์บอล จำแนกตามสถานภาพ กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 352 คน เก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม ซึ่งมีค่าความตรงตามเนื้อหาเท่ากับ 0.96 และค่าความเชื่อมั่น สัมประสิทธิ์อัลฟ่าของครอนบาค เท่ากับ 0.90 จากคณะกรรมการบริหารสโมสร ทีมผู้ฝึกสอน และนักกีฬาวอลเลย์บอลที่ขึ้นทะเบียนเป็นสโมสรสมาชิกสมาคมวอลเลย์บอลแห่งประเทศไทย จากนั้นนำผลที่ได้มาทำการวิเคราะห์ทางสถิติโดยการหาค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และเปรียบเทียบตามสถานภาพด้วยการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนแบบทางเดียว เมื่อพบความแตกต่าง ใช้วิธีการเปรียบเทียบรายคู่ด้วยวิธีเชฟเฟ่ (Scheffe Method) ที่นัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ผลการวิจัย 1. ด้านข้อมูลทั่วไปของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับสโมสรกีฬาวอลเลย์บอลในประเทศไทย พบว่า ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนมากเป็นนักกีฬาวอลเลย์บอล ประเภททีมชาย อายุต่ำกว่า 20 ปี มีการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี อาชีพนิสิต/นักศึกษา มีรายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือนน้อยกว่า 10,000 บาท และประสบการณ์ที่ผ่านมาแล้วส่วนใหญ่อยู่สโมสรวอลเลย์บอลภาคกลาง 2. ระดับการรับรู้ปัญหาการจัดการสโมสรวอลเลย์บอลโดยใช้หลัก 7 ด้าน ที่เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของแนวคิด TQM ซึ่งประกอบด้วย ด้านการวางแผนกลยุทธ์และการตลาด, ด้านการกระบวนการและระบบงานภายใน, ด้านการสื่อสารภายนอกและการสร้างภาพลักษณ์องค์กร, ด้านวัฒนธรรมองค์กรและสิ่งแวดล้อม, ด้านการบริหารจัดการและโครงสร้าง, ด้านการจัดการทรัพยากรมนุษย์ และด้านประสิทธิภาพขององค์กร โดยภาพรวมมีปัญหาอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณารายละเอียดแต่ละด้านมีปัญหาอยู่ในระดับมากเช่นเดียวกัน 3. เมื่อเปรียบเทียบระดับการรับรู้ปัญหาในการจัดการสโมสรกีฬาวอลเลย์บอลทั้ง 7 ด้าน โดยจำแนกตามสถานภาพบุคลากรในสโมสรกีฬาวอลเลย์บอล พบว่า แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The purpose of research aims to know problems of managing volleyball club in Thailand by using TQM concept and compare the perceived problems were classified by status. A total of 352 samples were studies by using the questionnaire as a survey tool from the club board, coaches and volleyball’s player who were registered as club members under Volleyball Association of Thailand. The Validity and The alpha-coefficient of Cronbach were found to be 0.96 and 0.90. The data were analyzed by using statistical percentage, standard deviation and data comparison by status in analyzed by using one-way ANOVA. Then the differences were analyzed in pairs by using Scheffe Method. Result of the research 1. Overview of the respondents about the volleyball club in Thailand was found most of respondents are men player, team athletes, younger than 20 years, undergraduate study, and average monthly income was less than 10,000 baht also mostly experienced in Central Volleyball Club. 2. Level of perception management problems by using the 7 dimension of TQM conceptual which includes Strategic Planning and Marketing, Internal Procedures and Systems, External Communication and Image Building, Organizational Culture and Environment, Management and Structure, Human Resource Management, and Organizational Effectiveness. Overall, there were problems in high level on a detailed consideration of each side. 3. The Result of Compared the management problems by using the 7 dimension of TQM conceptual classification by status found the perceived problems of volleyball management was statistical significant difference at .05.
