Abstract

ศึกษาการบริหารจัดการของคณะกรรมการกีฬา มหาวิทยาลัยแห่งประเทศไทย กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ คณะกรรมการกีฬามหาวิทยาลัยแห่งประเทศไทย จำนวน 87 คน คณะอนุกรรมการฝ่ายต่างๆ ในคณะกรรมการบริหารกีฬามหาวิทยาลัยแห่งประเทศไทย จำนวน 74 คน และนิสิตนักศึกษาและบุคลากรต่างๆ ที่เคยเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมกีฬา ของ ก.ก.ม.ท. จำนวน 388 คน รวมจำนวนทั้งสิ้น 549 คน โดยใช้แบบสอบถามจำนวน 3 ชุดสำหรับแต่ละกลุ่มตัวอย่าง เป็นเครื่องมือการวิจัย นำข้อมูลจากแบบสอบถามที่ได้รับกลับคืนมาวิเคราะห์ด้วยวิธีการทางสถิติ ได้แก่ การแจกแจงความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสรุปผลความคิดเห็นข้อเสนอแนะในรูปความเรียงผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. คณะกรรมการกีฬามหาวิทยาลัยแห่งประเทศไทย เห็นด้วยอย่างยิ่งกับการบริหารจัดการ ด้านบุคลากร (X-bar = 3.49) และเห็นด้วยกับการบริหารจัดการด้านสถานที่ (X-bar = 2.95) ด้านการรายงาน (X-bar = 2.86) ด้านการจัดการ (X-bar = 2.78) ด้านการวางแผน (X-bar = 2.76) ด้านการอำนวยความสะดวก (X-bar = 2.71) ด้านการจัดการองค์กร (X-bar = 2.66) ด้านการประสานงาน (X-bar = 2.63) ด้านการจัดหาบุคลากร (X-bar = 2.62) แต่ไม่เห็นด้วยกับการบริหารจัดการด้านงบประมาณ (X-bar = 2.27) 2. คณะอนุกรรมการฝ่ายต่างๆ ในคณะกรรมการบริหารกีฬามหาวิทยาลัยแห่งประเทศไทย เห็นด้วยกับการบริหารจัดการในทุกด้านคือ ด้านการประสานงาน (X-bar = 3.09) ด้านการบริหารบุคลากร (X-bar = 2.98) ด้านสถานที่ (X-bar = 2.96) ด้านการวางแผน (X-bar = 2.95) ด้านการจัดการ (X-bar = 2.94) ด้านการอำนวยความสะดวก (X-bar = 2.92) และด้านงบประมาณ (X-bar = 2.78) 3. นิสิตนักศึกษาและบุคลากรต่างๆ ที่เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมกีฬาของ ก.ก.ม.ท. เห็นด้วยว่าการบริหารงานของ ก.ก.ม.ท. มีผลสัมฤทธิ์ที่ดีและสามารถบรรลุตามวัตถุประสงค์ที่กำหนดไว้ (X-bar = 3.05)

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

To study the administrative management system of the University Sports Board of Thailand (U.S.B.T.). The total number of samples used in this research was 549 people who came from the members of the U.S.B.T. 87 persons; the U.S.B.T. Sub-committees of the University Sports Board of Thailand 74 persons; and university students and people who involved in the U.S.B.T. activities 388 persons. The researcher defined population into 3 groups and designed 3 types of questionnaire to distribute to each target group. The collected information was analyzed in term of frequency, percentage, and mean, and summarized in descriptive way. The results were as follow : 1. The U.S.B.T. agreed with all dimensions of the study including human resource management, workplace, administration, strategic planning, employment, services, collaboration, and reporting. 2. Sub-committees of the University Sports Board of Thailand agreed with the administrative management of the U.S.B.T. including collaboration, employment, workplace, strategic planning, administration, services and budget. 3. University students and other people who experienced the U.S.B.T.’s activities agreed that the administrative system achieved the desirable objectives creating the efficient outputs.
