Abstract

ศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการตัดสินใจเลือกเส้นทางเดินป่า และพฤติกรรมการเดินป่าของนักท่องเที่ยวในเขตอุทยานแห่งชาติเขาใหญ่ กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนักท่องเที่ยวชาวไทยที่เข้ามาเดินป่าในเขตอุทยานแห่งชาติเขาใหญ่ เฉพาะเส้นทางดังต่อไปนี้ 1) เส้นทางอุทยานฯ-หนองผักชี 2) เส้นทางอุทยานฯ-มอสิงโต 3) เส้นทาง กม.33-หนองผักชี 4) เส้นทางผากกล้วยไม้-เหวสุวัต 5) เส้นทางอุทธยานฯ-เหวสุวัต เป็นจำนวนรวมทั้งสิ้น 400 คน โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล และนำข้อมูลที่ได้มาวิเคราะห์เพื่อหาค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน วิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนแบบทางเดียว และทดสอบความแตกต่างของค่าเฉลี่ยเป็นรายคู่โดยวิธีของ เชฟเฟผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) นักท่องเที่ยวที่เข้ามาเดินป่าในเขตอุทยานแห่งชาติเขาใหญ่ ส่วนใหญ่เคยเดินป่ามาก่อนหน้านี้แล้ว มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักที่เลือกกิจกรรมเดินป่าคือ เพื่อที่จะได้สัมผัสธรรมชาติอย่างใกล้ชิดหรืออยู่ท่ามกลางธรรมชาติ การรับรู้ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับเส้นทางเดินป่าส่วนใหญ่ได้รับจากเพื่อน ญาติ ครอบครัว โดยนักท่องเที่ยวส่วนใหญ่นิยมเดินป่ากับกลุ่มเพื่อนฝูง และไม่ใช้บริการเจ้าหน้าที่ของอุทยานแห่งชาติเขาใหญ่เป็นผู้นำเดินป่าและบรรยาย เริ่มเดินป่าในช่วงเวลา 9.00-10.00 น. เป็นจำนวนมากที่สุด กิจกรรมที่กระทำขณะเดินป่าของนักท่องเที่ยวส่วนใหญ่ คือการชมวิวทิวทัศน์/น้ำตกต่างๆ โดยปัญหาและสิ่งที่ควรมีการปรับปรุงในการเดินป่าคือ เครื่องหมายและสัญลักษณ์บอกทางมีน้อยเกินไป 2) ปัจจัยภายในเป็นปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลมากต่อการตัดสินใจเลือกเส้นทางเดินป่า ของนักท่องเที่ยวในเขตอุทยานแห่งเขาใหญ่ 3) จากการเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของนักท่องเที่ยวที่เข้ามาเดินป่าในแต่ละเส้นทาง พบว่ามีรายการปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการตัดสินใจเลือกเส้นทางเดินป่าแตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .05 ทั้งหมด 7 ข้อ ได้แก่ ด้านความปลอดภัยของเส้นทาง ด้านความยาวของเส้นทางที่เหมาะสมต่อสภาพร่างกาย ด้านความต้องการศึกษาเรียนรู้ระบบนิเวศธรรมชาติของเส้นทาง ด้านความชื่นชอบวิวทิวทัศน์/น้ำตกและทัศนียภาพของเส้นทาง ด้านความต้องการที่จะพบเห็นสัตว์/นกชนิดต่างๆ ในเส้นทาง ด้านระยะทางจากที่พักถึงเส้นทางเดินป่า ด้านอิทธิพลของสื่อ/สิ่งพิมพ์ต่างๆ ที่กล่าวถึงเส้นทาง

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

To study factors affecting tourists' decision on trail selection and hiking behavior of tourist in Khao Yai National Park. The sample size was 400 Thai tourists who had hiked in Khao Yai National Park. For conducting the primary data, questionnaires approach are performed to reach the objective. The obtained data were then analyzed in terms of frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. For comparison among the opinions of tourists in 5 trails, one-way ANOVA was employed and the differences in pairs of means among those of opinions were determined by Scheffe test. The findings were as follow 1. Most of tourists had hiked in another national park which their main purpose was to travel and experience the pure nature. They gained information about trail paths from friends, relatives and family which they were hiking with friends and prefer to hike by themselves without guiding service from staffs of the national park. The most preferred starting time for hike was between 9.00 a.m. and 10.00 a.m. The favorite activities of hikers are sightseeing and waterfall visiting. However, there were problem which would be addressed. The signs and direction signal in the national park were too less which the number of signs should be increased. 2. Personal factors were significant factor which influence in high level on hikers' decision making when choosing trail in the national park. 3. In comparing the opinions of tourists in 5 trails, it was found that 7 items were significantly different at the .05 level. Those items were: the security of trail path, the appropriate length with physical condition, the desire of getting to know the ecosystem, the attractiveness of the scenery, waterfalls and the trail path, the opportunity to experience a variety of animals and birds during hiking, the appropriate length between accommodation and trail, the influence of media and magazines
