Abstract

ศึกษาความต้องการ ความพึงพอใจและปัญหาของนักท่องเที่ยว ที่มีต่อการท่องเที่ยวเชิงผจญภัยบริเวณเกาะเสม็ด ในด้านสถานที่ ด้านอุปกรณ์และสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก ด้านบริหารจัดการ ด้านบุคลากรและด้านกิจกรรม โดยใช้กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนักท่องเที่ยวชาวไทย ที่เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมการท่องเที่ยวเชิงผจญภัยเกาะเสม็ด จังหวัดระยอง จำนวน 400 คน โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลคือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและทดสอบค่า ที่ (t-test) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. นักท่องเที่ยวชาวไทยส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง โดยมีอายุระหว่าง 20-30 ปี เป็นนักเรียน/นักศึกษา มีการศึกษาอยู่ในระดับปริญญาตรี มีรายได้ต่อเดือนอยู่ระหว่าง 5,000-10,1000 บาท 2. นักท่องเที่ยวมีความต้องการด้านสถานที่อยู่ในระดับมากสุดได้แก่ ต้องการสถานที่มีความสวยงาม ส่วนด้านอุปการณ์และสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก ด้านบริหารจัดการ ด้านบุคลากร และด้านกิจกรรม นักท่งอเที่ยมีความต้องการอยู่ในระดับมากในทุกๆ ประเด็น และกิจกรรมที่นักท่องเที่ยวต้องการเข้าร่วมอยู่ในระดับมากได้แก่ เจ็ทสกี การดำน้ำดูปะการังน้ำตื้น พายเรือแคนู ขี่จักยานเสือภูเขา และกิจกรรมเดินชมธรรมชาติ ส่วนกิจกรรมอยู่ในระดับน้อยคือ วินเซิร์ฟ 3. นักท่องเที่ยวมีความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมาก ได้แก่ด้านสถานที่ ด้านบุคลากร และด้านกิจกรรม ในทุกๆ ประเด็น ส่วนความพึงพอใจของนักท่องเที่ยวที่อยู่ในระดับน้อย ได้แก่ จำนวน และความสะอาดของห้องน้ำ จำนวนที่รองรับขยะ ราคาค่าบริการและส่วนลด 4. ปัญหาที่นักท่องเที่ยวพบว่ามีปัญหาระดับมากได้แก่ ด้านอุปกรณ์และสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก ด้านบริการจัดการทุกๆ ประเด็น และด้านสถานที่ได้แก่ ความสกปรกและขาดความปลอดภัย ส่วนด้านอื่นๆ นักท่องเที่ยวพบว่าเป็นปัญหาน้อย 5. นักท่องเที่ยวที่เพศและอาชีพต่างกัน มีความต้องการ ความพึงพอใจ และปัญหา ไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ .05 ยกเว้นความพึงพอใจและปัญหา ด้านกิจกรรม เพศต่างกัน มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ .05

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

To study the need, satisfaction and problems the tourists have discovered during their time on Ko Samet, Rayong Province. Especially in the terms of place, facilities, management manpower, and activity program. The samples were consisted of 400 of Thai tourist who had visited Ko Samet for taking the adventure tour activity program. The important tool in collecting data is the researcher's constructed questionnaire, with the percentage value, average value, and standard deviation value ; all these factors can produce the effective outcome. They are as follows 1. The majority tourists are female, among 20-30 years of age, is a student, bachelor degree level, and income in between 5,000-10,000 THB. 2. The most need of the samplers is place matter; a nice & beautiful place. The other rest subjects are requested at the same way. For activity matter, the activities that are requested at a high level are jetski, scuba-diving, canoe, mountain-biking, and hiking. Windsurf is requested at a low level. 3. The samplers have high satisfaction in term of place, man power, and activity. But they have low satisfaction in term of toilet (amount & cleanness), bin (amount), and discount. 4. Facilities and management are the real problem in every point, for place matter the real problem in dirtiness and unsafety. 5. The tourists with different sex and occupation have needs, satisfaction and problem were no significant different but significant different in activity satisfaction and problem at .05 level.
