Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยและพัฒนากระบวนการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ปกครอง ในการปลูกฝังคุณธรรมจริยธรรมให้กับนักเรียน ในระดับชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 1: การประยุกต์ใช้กระบวนการแผนที่ผลลัพธ์ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1)พัฒนากระบวนการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ปกครองในการปลูกฝังคุณธรรมจริยธรรมให้กับนักเรียนประถมศึกษาปีที่ 1 โดยการประยุกต์ใช้กระบวนการแผนที่ผลลัพธ์และ 2) เพื่อศึกษาผลของการใช้กระบวนการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ปกครองในการปลูกฝังคุณธรรมจริยธรรมที่พัฒนาขึ้น สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 1 โดยการประยุกต์ใช้กระบวนการแผนที่ผลลัพธ์ วิธีดำเนินการวิจัยใช้การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ โดยผู้วิจัยทำการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลภาคสนามด้วยตนเอง ด้วยวิธีการสังเกตแบบมีส่วนร่วมและไม่มีส่วนร่วม การสัมภาษณ์ การประชุมกลุ่มโดยการประยุกต์ใช้กระบวนการแผนที่ผลลัพธ์ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้วิธีการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา การวิเคราะห์โดยวิธีการจำแนกข้อมูล และการสร้างข้อสรุปแบบอุปนัย ผลการวิจัยที่สำคัญสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. กระบวนการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ปกครองในการปลูกฝังคุณธรรมจริยธรรมให้กับนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 1 ด้วยการประยุกต์ใช้กระบวนการแผนที่ผลลัพธ์มี 3 ขั้นตอนคือ 1) การออกแบบเจตนารมณ์ร่วมกัน คือ การตั้งเป้าหมายร่วมกันและวางแผนหาแนวทางเพื่อไปสู่เป้าหมาย 2) ขั้นติดตามผล และดำเนินงานตามแผนยุทธศาสตร์ คือขั้นลงมือทำตามแผนที่ร่วมกันวางไว้ และวางแผนการติดตามผล รวมทั้งปรับปรุงพัฒนาแผนงานให้ดำเนินไปในทิศทางที่วางไว้ร่วมกัน 3) จัดทำแผนการประเมิน ประเมินผลและปรับปรุง คือ ขั้นตอนการวางแผนร่วมกันเพื่อวางกรอบการประเมินสรุปผลรวม โดยมีเป้าหมายว่า ผลการประเมินจะนำไปใช้ประโยชน์อย่างไร ใครเป็นผู้ใช้ 2. ผลของการใช้กระบวนการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ปกครองในการปลูกฝังคุณธรรมจริยธรรมที่พัฒนาขึ้น สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 1 พบว่า นักเรียนมีการตอบสนองเกณฑ์บ่งชี้ความก้าวหน้า ในระดับที่คาดว่าจะเกิดขึ้นทุกข้อในระดับสูง คือ 1) นักเรียนเริ่มมีพัฒนาการที่ดีในด้าน ขยัน ประหยัด และวินัย 2) ยึดครูเป็นแบบอย่างที่ดี 3) ให้ความเคารพผู้ใหญ่ 4) เป็นที่รักใคร่ของบุคคลอื่น 5) ไม่กล้าทำผิดระเบียบวินัย 6) แข่งกันทำดี ในระดับที่อยากให้เกิดขึ้นและหากเกิดขึ้นได้ก็ดี พบว่า นักเรียนมีการตอบสนองเกณฑ์บ่งชี้ความก้าวหน้าในระดับกลาง และมีเพียงข้อเดียวที่นักเรียนมีการตอบสนองเกณฑ์บ่งชี้ความก้าวหน้าในระดับต่ำคือ นักเรียนรู้จักการเสียสละเพื่อส่วนร่วม.

This research is a research and development of the participatory process of parent involvement in moral and virtue cultivating for first grade students: an application outcome mapping process. The objectives of the research were 1) to develop the participatory process of parent involvement in moral and virtue cultivating for first grade students using outcome mapping process, 2) to study the effect of participatory process of parent involvement in moral and virtue cultivating for first grade students using outcome mapping process. The research used the quality research approach, The research collected data by participant and non - participant, interviewing, focus group with an application outcome mapping process. The data were analyzed by content analysis, comparison and analytic induction. The research results were as follows; 1. The participatory process of parent involvement in moral and virtue cultivating for first grade students using an application outcome mapping process had 3 procedures 1) design the intentions with accompanies by aiming together and planning the purposes for the goals 2) following up and operating the strategy plan; starting the tasks and developing the framework direction planned 3) making the assessment, evaluation and improvement plans; planning processes for making an assessment frame with some goals such as ; how did the assessment be used for the advantage? | who did the assessment? 2. The effects from using the participatory process of parent involvement in moral and virtue cultivating for first grade students were that the students reacted the progress markers at the high level; 1) The students had the development in the sense of diligence, economization, and discipline 2) the students kept teacher as a good symbol 3) the students gave respect for adults. 4) the students were amicable for the other 5) the students did not violate the rules. 6) the students competed to do the goodness. In the level expected, the students reacted the progress at the middle level, there was only a progress marker that the students reacted at the low level; devoting for the share.
