Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ1)วิเคราะห์กระบวนการพัฒนานวัตกรรมการเรียนการสอนที่ดีมีคุณภาพและเหมาะสมกับผู้เรียน 2) วิเคราะห์เปรียบเทียบกระบวนการพัฒนานวัตกรรมการเรียนการสอนของครูระหว่างครูต้นแบบที่ได้รางวัลกับครูปกติทั่วไป 3) เพื่อวิเคราะห์และเปรียบเทียบนวัตกรรมการเรียนการสอนของครูที่ผลิตได้จากกระบวนการพัฒนาการเรียนการสอนของครูต้นแบบที่ได้รับรางวัลกับของครูปกติทั่วไป โดยใช้วิธีวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ แบบพหุกรณี จำนวน 10 คน ที่เป็นครูในสังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร จาก 10 โรงเรียน โดยเป็นครูที่ได้รับคัดเลือกจาก สำนักการศึกษา กรุงเทพมหานครให้เป็นครูต้นแบบที่ได้รับรางวัล ด้านนวัตกรรมการสอนจำนวน 5 คน ได้มาจากการเลือกแบบเจาะจง และครูทั่วไป จำนวน 5 คน ที่ใช้การเลือกตัวอย่างโดยบังเอิญ ผู้วิจัยดำเนินการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพ เน้นใช้การสัมภาษณ์อย่างไม่เป็นทางการ โดยใช้เทคนิคการสืบสอบแบบชื่นชม และนำข้อมูลที่ได้มาลดทอนข้อมูล ตรวจสอบข้อมูล วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลแบบอุปนัยโดยการตีความ ทำการวิเคราะห์ข้ามกรณีโดยนำข้อมูลทั้ง 10 คนมาวิเคราะห์เพื่อให้ได้ข้อมูล ตามวัตถุประสงค์ ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. กระบวนการพัฒนานวัตกรรมการเรียนการสอนที่ดี มีคุณภาพและเหมาะสมกับผู้เรียน ต้องมีการศึกษาสภาพผู้เรียน เนื้อหา สภาพแวดล้อม มีการศึกษาเอกสาร อบรม ศึกษาดูงาน มีการวางแผนในการสร้าง เน้นผู้เรียนมีส่วนร่วมในการสร้าง มีการขอคำแนะนำจากผู้อื่น นำไปทดลองใช้และปรับปรุง มีการวัดประเมินหลังการใช้ และให้มีการแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ร่วมกัน โดยกรณีศึกษา ให้ความสำคัญกับการทดลองใช้และปรับปรุงมากที่สุด โดยมีปัจจัยสนับสนุนที่สำคัญมากที่สุดคือการได้รับการส่งเสริมสนับสนุนจากฝ่ายบริหารด้านการศึกษา และการอบรมดูงาน 2. ครูต้นแบบและครูปกติมีกระบวนการในการสร้างและพัฒนานวัตกรรมการเรียนการสอนแตกต่างกัน โดยครูต้นแบบจะมีการดำเนินงานมากกว่าครูปกติทั้งระยะก่อนการสร้าง ระยะการสร้างและหลังการสร้างและพัฒนานวัตกรรมการเรียนการสอน 3. นวัตกรรมการเรียนการสอนของครูที่ผลิตได้จากกระบวนการพัฒนาการเรียนการสอนครูต้นแบบที่ได้รับรางวัลกับครูปกติแตกต่างกัน โดยครูต้นแบบมีการใช้นวัตกรรมการเรียนการสอนมากกว่าครูปกติ

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The objectives of this quality multi-case research are to 1) analyze the development of innovative teaching processes which suit learners, 2) compare the teachers’ innovation development processes of model teachers who have been awarded a prize and those of ordinary teachers, and 3) compare the innovative teaching approaches of model teachers and those of ordinary teachers. The subjects are 10 teachers in 10 schools under the jurisdiction of the Bangkok Metropolitan, 5 of whom have been selected as model teachers for teaching innovation by the Education Office, Bangkok Metropolitan, and the other 5 who were randomly selected. The data were collected by using an unofficial interview approach, with an appreciative inquiry technique; then, the data were analyzed and interpreted. It was found that: 1. appropriate teachers’ innovation development processes involve students’ backgrounds, content, environment, literature review, training and study tours. In addition, learners have to play a role in developing these processes and offer their suggestions on the development. After the trial, improvements should be made and assessments after the application have to be carried out. Idea sharing sessions are also necessary. Trial and improvements are the key elements of this case study. The most important supporting factors are support from the educational administrative affairs and training. 2. model teachers and ordinary teachers have different teachers’ innovation development processes. The model teachers spend more time before, during, and after the development of the processes. 3. the innovative teaching approaches of model teachers and those of ordinary teachers are different in that model teachers apply more innovative teaching approaches
