Abstract

พัฒนาและตรวจสอบคุณภาพของตัวบ่งชี้คุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของครูตามปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง โดยใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเชิงบรรยาย กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ ครูในสถานศึกษาพอเพียงแบบอย่าง สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน จำนวน 194 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสัมภาษณ์และแบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้โปรแกรม SPSS ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลพื้นฐาน และใช้โปรแกรม LISREL ในการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยันและ องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยันอันดับที่สอง ผลการวิจัยที่สำคัญสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. ผลการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยัน พบว่า ตัวบ่งชี้ทุกตัวเป็นตัวบ่งชี้คุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของครูตามปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงได้ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 จำนวนทั้งหมด 9 ตัว ครอบคลุมองค์ประกอบ 3 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านความรู้เกี่ยวกับปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง ประกอบด้วยตัวบ่งชี้ 2 ตัวบ่งชี้ด้านการจัดการเรียนรู้ตามปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง ประกอบด้วยตัวบ่งชี้ 3 ตัวบ่งชี้ และด้านการประพฤติปฏิบัติตนตามปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง ประกอบด้วยตัวบ่งชี้ 4 ตัวบ่งชี้ 2. ผลการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยันอันดับที่สองของโมเดลตัวบ่งชี้คุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค ์ของครูตามปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง พบว่า โมเดลมีความสอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ (chi-square = 12.95, df = 19, p = .84, GFI = .99, AGFI = .97, RMR = .01) น้ำหนักองค์ประกอบของตัวบ่งชี้ ทั้ง 3 ด้าน มีค่าเป็นบวก มีขนาดตั้งแต่ 0.73 ถึง 1.00 และมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 ทุกตัว โดยองค์ประกอบที่มีน้ำหนักความสำคัญมากที่สุดในการบ่งชี้คุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ ของครูตามปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงโดยรวม ได้แก่ ด้านการจัดการเรียนรู้ตามปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง รองลงมาคือ ด้านความรู้ตามปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง และด้านการประพฤติปฏิบัติตนตามปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง โดยองค์ประกอบในแต่ละด้านดังกล่าว มีค่าน้ำหนักองค์ประกอบเท่ากับ 1.00, 0.99 และ 0.73 ตามลำดับ และมีความแปรผันร่วมกับองค์ประกอบคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ ของครูตามปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง ได้ประมาณ 93% 91% และ 47% ตามลำดับ

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

To develop and verify the quality of the indicators of teachers’ desirable characteristics based on sufficiency economy philosophy, using descriptive research. The research sample consisted of 194 teachers in model school in sufficiency economy philosophy under the office of Basic Education. The researcher collected data using interview and questionnaire method. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistic through SPSS and using LISREL for confirmatory factor analysis and second order confirmatory factor analysis. The major results were as follows: 1. The result of confirmatory factor analysis found that all of 9 indicators are significantly the indicators of teachers’ desirable characteristics at 0.01 level of significance that covers 3 aspects: knowledge about sufficiency economy philosophy consisting of 2 indicators, learning management with sufficiency economy philosophy consisting of 3 indicators and behavior in sufficiency economy philosophy consisting of 4 indicators. 2. The result of the second order confirmatory factor analysis of the indicators of teachers’ desirable characteristics based on sufficiency economy philosophy found that there was the conformability with the empirical data (chisquare = 12.95, df = 19, p = .84, GFI = .99, AGFI = .97, RMR = .01) and all 3 aspects have positive value from 0.73 to 1.00 at 0.01 level of significance. The most important indicator which significantly indicates teachers’ desirable characteristics based on sufficiency economy philosophy is learning management with sufficiency economy philosophy. The next rank is knowledge about sufficiency economy philosophy and behavior in sufficiency economy philosophy at 1.00, 0.99, 0.73 with 93%, 91%, 47% of the aspects of teachers’ desirable characteristics based on sufficiency economy philosophy respectively.
