Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาระดับพฤติกรรมภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนระดับประถมศึกษา สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานครตามการรับรู้ของครูและผู้บริหาร 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบระดับพฤติกรรมภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนระดับประถมศึกษา สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานครตามการรับรู้ของครูและผู้บริหาร โดนใช้กรอบการวิจัยเรื่องพฤติกรรมภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของ Hallinger & Murphy (1985:221-224) กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้แก่ ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนจำนวน 131 คน และ ครูจำนวน 390 มีผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามกลับและมีความสมบูรณ์ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 86.18 เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป SPSS สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่าที ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ตามการรับรู้ของทั้งครูและผู้บริหาร พบว่า ในภาพรวมผู้บริหารมีพฤติกรรมภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อเปรียบเทียบระดับพฤติกรรมภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารตามการรับรู้ของครูและผู้บริการ พบว่า มีการรับรู้แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ในพฤติกรรมทุกด้าน โดยผู้บริหารรับรู้ว่าตนมีพฤติกรรมในทุกด้านสูงกว่าที่ครูรับรู้ ผลการวิจัยตามวิธีการจัดลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยของพฤติกรรมในแต่ละด้านพบว่า ผู้บริหารรับรู้ว่า ตนมีการปฏิบัติพฤติกรรมด้านการอยู่พร้อมในโรงเรียนเพื่อเป็นหลักแก่ครูและนักเรียนสูงที่สุด ในขณะที่ครูมีการรับรู้ว่าผู้บริหารมีการปฏิบัติด้านการกำหนดเป้าหมายของโรงเรียนสูงที่สุดและทั้งสองกลุ่มมีการรับรู้ตรงกันว่า ผู้บริหารปฏิบัติพฤติกรรมด้านการบริหารเวลาที่ใช้ในการจัดการเรียนการสอนต่ำที่สุด

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The purposes of this research were 1) to study the level of academic leadership behaviors of the elementary school principals under the jurisdiction of Bangkok Metropolitan Administration perceived by teachers and principals and 2) to compare the mean level of academic leadership behaviors of the elementary school principals under the jurisdiction of Bangkok Metropolitan Administration perceived by teachers and principals. Hallinger & Murphy's concept on principals' leadership behaviors was used as the framework of this research (Hallinger and Murphyu, 1985:221-224). The total sample consisted of 131 principals and 390 teachers. Out of the total 521 samples, 86.18% responded. Five point Likert scale questionnaires were used to collect the data. Percentage, mean, and standard deviation were used to analyze all data; whereas, t-test was used to compare the perceptions of the two groups. This study resulted in the following findings: The level of all sub-scale academic leadership behaviors of the elementary school principals under the jurisdiction of Bangkok Metropolitan Administration perceived by both teachers and principals was high. The comparison on the mean level of he all sub-scale academic leadership behaviors of the principals perceived between teachers and principals expressed that the difference was statistically significant at .05. The principals perceived themselves performing in all sub-scales higher than the teachers. When the means of all sub-scale academic leadership behaviors were ranked, it was found that the principals scored themselves on the Maintaining High Visibility sub-scale the highest; whereas, the teachers perceived the principals' Framing School Goals subscale the highest. However, both parties agreed on the lowest subscale: Protecting Instructional Time.
