Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพและปัญหาการปฏิบัติงานวิชาการของครูมัธยมศึกษาในโรงเรียนที่เข้าร่วมโครงการวิจัยและพัฒนาเพื่อปฏิรูปการเรียนรู้ทั้งโรงเรียน ประชากรคือ ครูผู้สอน ในโรงเรียนที่เข้าร่วมโครงการวิจัยและพัฒนาเพื่อปฏิรูปการเรียนรู้ทั้งโรงเรียน จำนวน 25 โรงเรียน รวมทั้งสิ้น 351 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการแจกแจงความถี่ และหาค่าร้อยละ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ครูส่วนใหญ่ปฏิบัติงานด้านวิชาการดังนี้ 1) การพัฒนาหลักสูตรสถานศึกษา ครูศึกษาสาระสำคัญของหลักสูตรการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานเพื่อจัดทำแผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ที่เหมาะสม 2) การพัฒนากระบวนการเรียนรู้ ครูจัดทำแผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ให้สอดคล้องกับจุดมุ่งหมายของหลักสูตรจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้โดยปลูกฝังคุณธรรม ค่านิยมและคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ สอนแบบแบ่งกลุ่มทำงาน จัดบรรยากาศการเรียนรู้โดยจัดป้ายนิเทศ และสอนซ่อมเสริมโดยมอบหมายงานพิเศษให้ผู้เรียนทำ และจัดกิจกรรมเสริมหลักสูตรให้สอดคล้องกับเนื้อหาของหลักสูตร 3) การวัดและประเมินผลครูวัดและประเมินผลให้สอดคล้องกับผลการเรียนรู้ที่คาดหวังและวัดผลตามสภาพจริง 4) การวิจัยเพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษา ครูใช้กระบวนการวิจัยโดยจัดกิจกรรมแก้ปัญหาหรือพัฒนาเป็นขั้นตอน และนำผลการวิจัยมาเป็นข้อมูลในการวางแผนพัฒนากิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ 5) การพัฒนาสื่อ นวัตกรรมและเทคโนโลยีทางการศึกษา ครูศึกษาค้นคว้าวิธีการใหม่ๆ โดยจัดทำสื่อด้วยตนเองให้สอดคล้องกับกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ 6) การพัฒนาแหล่งการเรียนรู้ ครูจัดทำบัญชี รวบรวมแหล่งการเรียนรู้ ใช้ห้องสมุดเป็นแหล่งการเรียนรู้ในโรงเรียนและสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวเป็นแหล่งการเรียนรู้ในชุมชน 7) การนิเทศการศึกษา ครูเข้าร่วมประชุม อบรม สัมมนา และศึกษาดูงานเกี่ยวกับการจัดการนิเทศการศึกษาในโรงเรียน 8) การแนะแนวการศึกษา ครูดูแลช่วยเหลือ ให้คำปรึกษาด้านต่างๆ กับผู้เรียน และเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมแนะแนวการศึกษา 9) การส่งเสริมความรู้ด้านวิชาการแก่ชุมชน ครูร่วมจัดนิทรรศการในโรงเรียนให้ชุมชนเข้าเยี่ยมชม ปัญหาการปฏิบัติงานวิชาการของครูส่วนใหญ่ ได้แก่ เวลาในการดำเนินกิจกรรมไม่เพียงพอ และขาดงบประมาณสนับสนุนด้านวัสดุ อุปกรณ์ หรือเอกสารค้นคว้า รวมทั้งแหล่งการเรียนรู้ต่างๆ

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The purposes of this study were to study the academic performance of teachers in secondary schools under the research and development in whole school learning reform project. The data were obtained from 351 teachers in 25 secondary schools under the research and development in whole school learning reform project. The research instrument were questionnaires. The data were analyzed by using frequency, and percentage. The results of the study were as follows : 1) curriculum development, teachers studied the main point of national basic curriculum for instructional plans. 2) instruction development, instructional plans were prepared by teachers according to the curriculum. There have been organized learning units by integrating with morality, value and teach in group. Teachers provided environment by exhibition board and organized extra curricula activities according to objectives of the curriculum. 3) testing and evaluating, teachers tested and evaluated according to the instruction method and by authentic test. 4) research for developed quality of education, teachers used the research process to solve the problems and develop their learning-teaching activities. 5) Instructional medias, innovation and technology in education development, teachers applied new technology in teaching and produced their own instructional medias. 6) resources development, teachers listed resources, using library and attractions as local resources. 7) Educational supervision, teachers attended training programmes inside and outside the school. 8) educational guidance, teachers took care, counseled the students and participated in educational guidance activities. 9) concerning the academic supporting for local community, teachers involved in school exhibitions and invited the member of community to come to visit. Problems in academic task performance were insufficient amount of time for activities, lacked of budget for instructional material development, text books provided and local resources.
