Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเปรียบเทียบสถิติทดสอบสำหรับทดสอบความแตกต่างระหว่างอิทธิพลของทรีทเมนต์ในแผนการทดลองแบบสุ่มในบล็อกสมบูรณ์ โดยใช้สถิติทดสอบแบบพาราเมตริก คือสถิติทดสอบเอฟ และสถิติทดสอบแบบนอนพาราเมตริก คือสถิติทดสอบฟรีดแมน และสถิติทดสอบนอร์มอล-สกอร์ ซึ่งประกอบด้วยสถิติทดสอบเทอรี่-โฮฟฟ์ดิง นอร์มอล-สกอร์ และสถิติทดสอบแวน เดอ แวร์เดน นอร์มอล-สกอร์ โดยศึกษาค่าความคลาดเคลื่อนประเภทที่ 1 และอำนาจการทดสอบของสถิติทดสอบทั้ง 4 วิธี เมื่อความคลาดเคลื่อนมีการแจกแจงแบบปกติ และแบบโลจิสติก สำหรับข้อมูลในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ได้จากการจำลองด้วยเทคนิคมอนติคาร์โล กระทำซ้ำ 10,000 ครั้งในแต่ละกรณี ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. ค่าความคลาดเคลื่อนประเภทที่ 1 ของสถิติทดสอบเอฟสามารถควบคุมอัตราความคลาดเคลื่อนประเภทที่ 1 ได้สูงสุด รองลงมาเป็นสถิติทดสอบนอร์มอล-สกอร์ (สถิติทดสอบเทอรี่-โฮฟฟ์ดิง นอร์มอล-สกอร์ สามารถควบคุมอัตราความคลาดเคลื่อนประเภทที่ 1 ได้ ใกล้เคียงกับสถิติทดสอบแวน เดอ แวร์เดน นอร์มอล-สกอร์) และสถิติทดสอบฟรีดแมน ตามลำดับ แต่เมื่อจำนวนบล็อกเพิ่มขึ้น (BL>4) สถิติทดสอบแบบนอนพาราเมตริกทั้ง 3 วิธีสามารถควบคุมอัตราความคลาดเคลื่อนประเภทที่ 1 ได้ใกล้เคียงกับสถิติทดสอบเอฟ ทั้งในกรณีที่ความคลาดเคลื่อนมีการแจกแจงแบบปกติ และแบบโลจิสติก 2. อำนาจการทดสอบของสถิติทดสอบนอร์มอล-สกอร์ (สถิติทดสอบเทอรี่-โฮฟฟ์ดิง นอร์มอล-สกอร์ มีอำนาจการทดสอบใกล้เคียงกับสถิติทดสอบแวน เดอ แวร์เดน นอร์มอล-สกอร์) มีค่ามากกว่าอำนาจการทดสอบของสถิติทดสอบเอฟ ส่วนสถิติทดสอบฟรีดแมนไม่สามารถควบคุมอัตราความคลาดเคลื่อนประเภทที่ 1 ได้ จึงไม่ได้นำมาทำการเปรียบเทียบอำนาจการทดสอบ เมื่อขนาดของการทดลองมีขนาดเล็ก (TR=3 และ BL=4) แต่เมื่อจำนวนทรีทเมนต์ และจำนวนบล็อกเพิ่มขึ้น (TR=4,5 และ BL=7,10) สถิติทดสอบเอฟมีอำนาจการทดสอบใกล้เคียงกับสถิติทดสอบแบบนอนพาราเมตริกทั้ง 3 วิธี เมื่อความแตกต่างระหว่างอิทธิพลของทรีทเมนต์มาก และความคลาดเคลื่อนมีการแจกแจงแบบปกติ และแบบโลจิสติก

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The purpose of this research was to compare of type I error rates and the power of the test for testing difference between treatment effect in completely randomized block design by using parametric F-test and three nonparametric tests namely, Friedman test and Normal-Scores tests (Terry-Hoeffding Normal-Scores test and Van der Waerden Normal-Scores test) when the distributions of random error are Normal and Logistic. For each statistic under experimental situation, the Monte Carlo experiment was repeated 10,000 times. The findings were summarized as follows : 1. When the distributions of random error are Normal and Logistic. The order type I error rates shows subsequence : F-test, Normal-Scores tests (Terry-Hoeffding Normal-Scores test can close to control type I error rates with Van der Waerden Normal-Scores test) and Friedman test. However, three nonparametric tests and F test give close to type I error rates when the number of blocks are increased (BL>4). 2. When the distributions of random error are Normal and Logistic. The Normal-Scores tests (Terry-Hoeffding Normal-Scores test give close to power of the test with Van der Waerden Normal-Scores test) have more power of the test than F-test but Friedman test can not controlled type I error rates so the power of the test can not compared when the experimental size is small (TR=3 and BL=4). However, F-test and three nonparametric tests give close to power of the test when the number of treatments and number of blocks are increased (TR=4,5 and BL=7,10) and the large difference of treatment effects.
