Abstract

ศึกษาสภาพและปัญหาการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร ในการการเรียนการสอนของครูสังคมศึกษาในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา ที่เข้าร่วมโครงการเครือข่ายคอมพิวเตอร์เพื่อโรงเรียนไทย กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้คือ ครูสังคมศึกษาในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา ที่เข้าร่วมโครงการเครือข่ายคอมพิวเตอร์เพื่อโรงเรียนไทย สังกัดกรมสามัญศึกษาในกรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 83 คน มีเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสัมภาษณ์ และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาค่าความถี่และร้อยละ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ครูสังคมศึกษา 93.98% มีประสบการณ์ในการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารในการเรียนการสอนใน 4 ด้าน ดังต่อไปนี้ 1.1 การใช้เป็นเครือข่ายการติดต่อสื่อสาร มีการใช้บริการไปรษณีย์อิเล็กทรอนิกส์เป็นส่วนใหญ่ โดยใช้ติดต่อกับผู้เชี่ยวชาญเพื่อหาความรู้ไปใช้ในการสอน 1.2 การใช้ในการบริการสารสนเทศ ส่วนใหญ่ใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ในการพิมพ์โดยใช้โปรแกรม MS-Word มีการใช้ค้นคว้าข้อมูลจากอินเตอร์เน็ต เพื่อเตรียมเนื้อหาในการสอน และใช้จัดกิจกรรมให้นักเรียนค้นคว้าข้อมูลจากอินเตอร์เน็ต 1.3 การใช้เป็นสื่อมัลติมีเดีย มีการใช้โปรแกรม MS-PowerPoint เป็นส่วนใหญ่ และมีการใช้ CAI ที่มีเนื้อหาเกี่ยวกับ ศาสนา ศีลธรรม จริยธรรม 1.4 การใช้เป็นอุปกรณ์ในการจัดเก็บข้อมูล โดยใช้โปรแกรมที่โรงเรียนจัดให้ในการรวบรวม จัดเก็บและวิเคราะห์ผลการเรียนเป็นส่วนใหญ่ 2. ครูสังคมศึกษามีปัญหาสำคัญ ในการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารในการเรียนการสอน ดังนี้ 2.1 ปัญหาเกี่ยวกับความชำนาญในด้านการใช้เป็นเครือข่ายการติดต่อสื่อสาร การใช้โปรแกรมในการพิมพ์และการจัดเก็บข้อมูล 2.2 ปัญหาเกี่ยวกับความล่าช้าของระบบอินเตอร์เน็ต เพื่อการติดต่อสื่อสารและการค้นคว้าข้อมูลจากอินเตอร์เน็ต 2.3 ปัญหาเกี่ยวกับความไม่เพียงพอ ของเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์และระบบเชื่อมต่ออินเตอร์เน็ต 2.4 ปัญหาเกี่ยวกับฐานข้อมูลที่เป็น CD-ROM ซึ่งมีเนื้อหาไม่ตรงกับความต้องการ และมีการผลิตไม่เพียงพอต่อการใช้ประโยชน์ทางการเรียนการสอน

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

To study state and problems of using information and communication technology (ICT) of social studies teachers in secondary schools participating in SchoolNet Thailand. The samples ware 83 secondary schools social studies teachers. Interview form was used to collect data. The obtained data ware analyzed by frequencies and percentag. The finding ware as follows: 1. 93.98% of social studies teachers experienced in using ICT for instruction in 4 aspects that ware 1.1 Network communication: e-mail was mostly used by social studies teachers to contact the content experts for teaching purposes. 1.2 Information retrieval and processing: Computer word processing equipped with MS-Word program, searching information from internet for content preparation and organizing activities for students to search information from internet were mostly used by social studies teachers. 1.3 Multimedia: social studies teachers mostly used the MS-PowerPoint program and the CAI with the content of religion, ethics and morality. 1.4 Collection of data: social studies teachers mostly used the program provided by school administration for students' learning evaluation. 2. The major problems of social studies teachers concerning ICT ware 2.1 The problem of expertise in using network communication, printing program and data collection. 2.2 The problem of low speed internet connection for communication and information searching. 2.3 The problem of insufficient numbers of computer and internet connection. 2.4 The problem of CD-ROM based information for not providing data as needed as well as insufficient CD-ROM production.
